Auto-Renewal Payment Plan Information and FAQ
Enrolling in Auto-Renewal renews your Season Tickets on an annual basis and offers peace of mind that your tickets, seating location, account longevity and benefits are secure year after year. It provides convenience and saves time by eliminating the need to manually renew your ticket package.
You can select to enroll in any of the following payment options for your 2025 Season Tickets:
Traditional Full, Half Season, or Partial Plans
- Pay in Full
- 4-Month Payment Plan
- 10-Month Payment Plan
Fan's Choice Packages
- Pay in Full
- 3-Month Payment Plan
Once enrolled, there is nothing you need to do – your account will be automatically charged on the specific dates outlined below:
*Fan's Choice packages are not eligible for the 10-Month Payment Plan.
CURRENT MEMBERS ENROLLED IN AUTO-RENEWAL
Current Members enrolled in Auto-Renewal can make changes to their 2024 enrollment status by selecting the button below. The deadline to opt-out is Thursday, August 22nd, 2024.
Where do I see my balance/payment plan, payment dates, and package information for the 2025 season?
You can locate that information by logging into your My Royals Tickets account and selecting ‘SCHEDULED PAYMENTS’.
I want to make changes to my package and/or seating location for 2025. How do I do that?
Since you are enrolled in Auto-Renewal, your current package will renew as-is. Then, you can make changes to your ticket package at our in-person Select-A-Seat event. Any payments previously made will apply to your new package and/or seating location.
If I stay enrolled in Auto-Renewal for 2025, will I receive the Salvy Splash Bobblehead?
Yes, staying enrolled in any Auto-Renewal payment plan for 2025 automatically qualifies you to receive the Salvy Splash bobblehead, which will be available closer to Opening Day, 2025.
When will the opt-out period be if I want to change my enrollment status?
The opt-out period will be in July/August, 2025. During this time, you can make changes to your enrollment status. Exact dates will be communicated at a later time.
If I opt out of Auto-Renewal, does that mean I lose my Season Tickets?
No. Opting out of Auto-Renewal simply means you are choosing a different payment method. You are still able to purchase your Season Tickets.
If I do not opt-out, am I enrolled in Auto-Renewal for future seasons?
Yes. Your enrollment in Auto-Renewal guarantees your benefits for all subsequent seasons until you make changes during the annual opt-out period.
Do I have to sign up for Auto Renewal to do the 10-Month Payment Plan?
Yes.
Does it cost extra to enroll?
No. Enrolling in Auto-Renewal does not change the total balance of your order.
If I am on the 10-Month Payment Plan, can I pay it off before May?
Yes. Simply call your Membership Services Representative at (816) 504-4040, Option 3.

PROSPECTIVE AUTO-RENEWAL MEMBERS
Please note, all new Season Ticket Members are required to enroll in Auto-Renewal.
If I enroll in Auto-Renewal, am I able to change my plan size and/or seating location?
Yes, changes to your plan size and seating location can be made during our annual Select-A-Seat event following each season; details of which, including date and time, will be determined at the conclusion of the current season. An account holder must be an active Season Ticket Member to participate in the Select-A-Seat event.
What happens if I enroll in Auto-Renewal now, and later change my mind about my enrollment status?
The 21-day opt-out period is your opportunity to leave the Auto-Renewal program. During the opt-out period, a variety of communications will be sent clarifying your options. However, if you do not opt-out during this period, you are committed to purchasing Season Tickets for the following season.
When will the opt-out period be if I enroll and want to make changes later?
There is a 21-day Opt-out period that starts the day renewals launch. You will be sent your renewal invoice to the email address listed on your account. You will have 21 days from that time to request any changes, in writing, by completing the associated form.
What documents will I have to sign and why?
Each account enrolling in Auto Renewal must electronically sign a Terms & Conditions Agreement. Additionally, each account must electronically sign a Truth in Lending Disclosure for each order (ex. season tickets, season parking, Opening Day-if applicable) on the 10-Month Payment Plan.
If I enroll in Auto-Renewal, will I be able to review pricing, payment dates, and other details before the first payment is made?
Yes, you will be able to review all pertinent information during the 21-day opt-out period.
When I enroll in Auto-Renewal, will I receive the Salvy Splash Bobblehead?
Yes. Please note, you are not officially enrolled until you electronically sign and return your Terms & Conditions Agreement and/or Truth in Lending Disclosure (if applicable). Bobbleheads will be available closer to Opening Day, 2025.
Do I have to sign up for Auto Renewals to do the 10-Month Payment Plan?
