Senior Director - Content Strategy & Emerging Technology
Erin Sleddens is in her 18th year with the Royals and fourth year as the Senior Director-Content Strategy and Emerging Technology after spending five years as the club's Senior Director of Digital & Social Media. She oversees all digital initiatives for the ball club including management of the club's digital products, advertising, social media, content strategy and innovation in fan engagement. Sleddens joined the Royals as a Community Relations Manager and transitioned to the Marketing Department soon after. She was promoted to Director of Digital and Social Media in 2010 and Senior Director in 2016.
Sleddens graduated from Creighton University with a business degree in marketing and finance. She resides in Leawood, Kan., with her husband, Tim, and daughters, Payton and Harper.
