Hot Dog Race Championship Tournament

Introducing the Hot Dog Race Championship Tournament presented by Underdog Fantasy—and you can be a part of it!

On Saturday, September 21, when the Giants take on the Royals, we’re going to find out who’s the top dog. We’ll have three heats to determine a final race for condiment supreme – and here's where you come in!

Submit a video of yourself explaining why you deserve to be in the Tournament. Maybe it’s your speed. Maybe you’re a Hot Dog Race Super Fan. Or maybe you just REALLY love for relish.

We’ll select three winners, and you’ll join the race of a lifetime. Plus, if you’re selected, you’ll receive four tickets and a parking pass to the game so your friends can watch all the action.

Submissions are open between August 19 and September 6.

Contest Requirements:

• Must be between 5’6” and 6’3” to wear the hot dog costume
• Must be able to sprint for 100 yards

Judging: On or about Monday, September 9, 2024 (the “Judging Date”), the Judges will score all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria: passion for the Kansas City Royals and the Hot Dog Race (40%), On-Camera presence (30%); originality (30%). The three (3) highest scoring Submissions as determined by the Judges will be deemed the winning Submissions and, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the eligible Participants who submitted the winning Submissions will be declared the official winners of the Contest. In the event of a tie, the originality score will be used as the tiebreaker.
