Season Ticket Account - Terms and Conditions

THE TICKETS DESCRIBED ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SEASON TICKETS") ARE REVOCABLE LICENSES AND NO PROPERTY RIGHTS ARE GRANTED TO THE ACCOUNT HOLDER (THE "ACCOUNT HOLDER"). THE BOSTON RED SOX BASEBALL CLUB LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (THE "CLUB") RETAINS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO RENEW THE SEASON TICKETS IN SUBSEQUENT YEAR(S) AND/OR LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SEASON TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REASSIGN THE SEASON TICKETS AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO OR DURING A SEASON (AS DEFINED BELOW) IN THE CLUB'S SOLE DISCRETION, AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THE SEASON TICKETS AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, INCLUDING FOR VIOLATION OF ANY CLUB POLICIES, INCLUDING THOSE SET FORTH ON THE BACK OF THE SEASON TICKETS OR ON WWW.REDSOX.COM, SUCH AS ANY RESTRICTIONS ON TICKET RESALE, OR IF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER FAILS TO PAY ANY INVOICED AMOUNT BY THE REQUIRED DUE DATE.

All inquiries and correspondence relating to the Season Tickets must be provided to the Club in writing. No verbal address changes are permitted. No postseason rights to the Season Tickets are conferred on the Account Holder. If the Club is involved in any postseason play, Account Holders having "Plan A" Season Tickets will be given the opportunity to purchase a number of seats for each postseason game that is equal to the number of Season Tickets on the reverse side of this form. The decision to provide any non-"Plan A" Account Holders with the opportunity to purchase postseason tickets is at the Club's sole discretion. Any postseason seat locations made available for purchase will be determined by the Club in its sole discretion. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of these Season Ticket Account - Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any separate seat license agreement entered into between the Club and the Account Holder (the "Seat License Agreement"), the terms of the Seat License Agreement shall control.

THE ACCOUNT HOLDER'S PURCHASE OF THE SEASON TICKETS SHALL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW PRIOR TO EACH SEASON, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT (IF SUBMITTING A PAPER COPY) OR BY RENEWING THE SEASON TICKETS ONLINE THROUGH ACCOUNT HOLDER'S "MY TICKETS" ACCOUNT, ACCOUNT HOLDER IS ENROLLING IN THE CLUB'S AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM, AND GIVES THE CLUB THE AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE ACCOUNT HOLDER'S CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR THE SEASON TICKETS FOR THE 2025 MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL REGULAR SEASON (THE "2025 SEASON") AND EACH CLUB SEASON THEREAFTER (EACH, A "SEASON"), AND ACCOUNT HOLDER AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED HEREIN.

ACCOUNT HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. ACCOUNT HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SEASON TICKETS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW BEFORE THE START OF EACH SEASON UNLESS ACCOUNT HOLDER OPTS-OUT, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 1ST OF EACH YEAR, THE CLUB WILL EMAIL ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO OPT-OUT OF AND DECLINE TO PURCHASE THE SEASON TICKETS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON, AND ACCOUNT HOLDER WILL HAVE THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF SUCH EMAIL COMMUNICATION (THE "OPT-OUT DEADLINE") TO SUBMIT THE DIGITAL OPT-OUT FORM AND OPT-OUT OF AND DECLINE TO PURCHASE THE SEASON TICKETS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON. TO REQUEST A PAPER COPY OF THE OPT-OUT FORM, ACCOUNT HOLDER MUST CONTACT THEIR ACCOUNT MANAGER DIRECTLY OR THE CLUB'S SEASON TICKET SERVICES TEAM AT 877-RED-SOX9 OR VISIT WWW.REDSOX.COM/SEASONTICKETS. ACCOUNT HOLDERS MUST SUBMIT THE DIGITAL OPT-OUT FORM OR A PAPER COPY OF THE OPT-OUT FORM ON OR BEFORE THE OPT-OUT DEADLINE.

By signing the Agreement, Account Holder authorizes the Club to automatically charge Account Holder's credit/debit card for the Season Tickets for the 2025 Season and each Club Season thereafter, in accordance with the payment schedule(s) set by the Club. Account Holder understands that the Club reserves the right to cancel the Season Tickets for any reason, in its sole discretion, upon notification to Account Holder. Account Holder hereby warrants that Account Holder has the authority to authorize charges to the credit/debit card for the purpose of paying for the Season Tickets for the 2025 Season and each Club Season thereafter.

Account Holder understands and agrees that Club is not liable in any way for erroneous bill statements or incorrect charges and that should an error occur in billing, the Club's only responsibility is to correct such error if and when the Club receives notice of such error. The Club will not provide refunds of any kind for these charges and Account Holder hereby waives all claims against the Club for indirect or consequential liability for any errors in payment processing or resulting from the timing of payment. Account Holder understands that individual banks have individual processing times and may process the transaction(s) at a later date than the date on which the Club's transaction is processed. Account Holder understands that it is Account Holder's obligation to provide the Club with any changes or updates to Account Holder's payment information in a timely manner, and Account Holder agrees that if Account Holder's credit/debit card is declined for any reason, Account Holder will be responsible for promptly paying any and all balances when due. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule specified by the Club may result in denied entry to any Club Major League Baseball game, and the Club reserves the right to restrict entry to Club Major League Baseball games and/or revoke Account Holder privileges if the account is not paid in full or paid in accordance with the payment schedule specified by Club and/or if any authorized charge is refused by the applicable credit card company or bank for any reason. Only Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards shall be accepted.

The Account Holder's authorization for the Club's automatic renewal program remain in full force and effect until the Club has received written notification of Account Holder's desire to terminate the authorization in the time and manner specified herein as to afford the Club and Account Holder's credit card company or bank a reasonable opportunity to terminate the transaction. Account Holder agrees that if Account Holder's credit card numbers change, Account Holder will notify the Club of such changes and this authorization will remain in effect for the new account number(s) provided. Further, Account Holder agrees to abide by all terms and conditions applicable to season ticket holders, including, but not limited to, those set forth herein and those terms and conditions provided (1) on the Boston Red Sox website, (2) on each ticket, and (3) on signage at Fenway Park, and understands that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in the revocation of Account Holder privileges.

These Season Ticket Holder - Terms and Conditions and the authorization set forth herein are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
