Season Ticket Renewal Information
We hope you were able to enjoy some of the highlights of Red Sox baseball during the 2024 season. There were some memorable games and performances by this talented team. With that said, we did fall short of our goals and we are determined to take additional steps forward and that starts this offseason. We thank you for your continued support of the Red Sox.
Below we have some helpful information regarding your 2025 renewal. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
Renewal Timeline
Season ticket information for the 2025 season will be sent via email and mail in early October.
To take advantage of the 5 or 8-month payment plan (we are reintroducing the 5-month payment plan this season), renew your season tickets prior to November 15.
If you would like to schedule payment in full, renew your season tickets prior to January 15, 2025.
The final deadline to renew your season tickets is January 15. After that date, any non-renewed season tickets will be released and made available for upgrades and new sales.
How to Renew, Payment Options, and Deadlines
Renewing is quick and convenient!
Auto-Renewal
If you are enrolled in Auto-Renewal (renewed via the payment plan last year), your season tickets have already been processed either through the 8-month payment plan or the scheduled pay in full. For the 8-month payment plan, your first payment will be charged at the end of the day Friday, November 15, to the default credit card on file. For the scheduled pay in full, your payment will be processed in full on Wednesday January 15, 2025.
Should you need to make any changes to the default payment information, please do so directly in your My Tickets account; however, note that will not update your corresponding auto-payments. After you have saved your new payment information in your My Tickets account, please email us so that we can complete the update on your future scheduled payments.
We are reintroducing the 5-month payment plan. If you wish to change to this payment option, please select the "Change Your Payment Plan" button provided in your renewal email or reach out to the season ticket department directly. The benefit to the 5-payment plan is that your tickets will be fully paid prior to the start of the season and you will therefore have access to forward, exchange or resell any game as soon as the final payment is made on March 17.
Non-Auto-Renewal
For accounts who were not part of the auto-renewal process, we have four payment options available:
- 5-month payment plan (plan is auto-renewed for 2026): By enrolling in the interest-free payment plan, your payments will be split into 5 equal payments. The first payment of 20% of your entire order will be processed on November 15. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on December 16, January 15, February 18, and March 17. The benefit to the 5-payment plan is that your tickets will be fully paid prior to the start of the season and you will therefore have access to forward, exchange or resell any game as soon as the final payment is made on March 17.
- 8-month payment plan (plan is auto-renewed for 2026): By enrolling in the interest-free payment plan, your payments will be split into 8 equal payments. The first payment of 12.5% of your entire order will be processed on November 16. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15, April 16, May 15, and June 14.
- Pay-in-Full on January 15 (plan is auto-renewed for 2026): Register your credit card today to commit to your tickets for the 2025 season. On January 15 your credit card will be automatically charged the full amount due.
- Traditional Pay-in-Full: Claim your reservation and submit your one-time payment for your entire order to be charged immediately.
To renew your tickets for 2025, log in to your My Tickets account and complete the short steps to claim your season tickets and select your preferred payment option. The final deadline to renew your season tickets is January 15. After that date, any non-renewed season tickets will be released and made available for upgrades and new sales.
Relocation and Upgrade Process
New for 2025, we plan to host an online relocation opportunity for all season ticket holders around the end of October. To receive an invitation to explore potential locations, your plan must be renewed. Inventory is expected to be very limited.
Additional inventory may become available after our renewal deadline on January 15, 2025. At this time, if you have a relocation request on file, we can touch base with you to discuss what options are available.
Relocations are based on the tenure of your season ticket account and available seating.

Digital Tickets
The Red Sox will continue to deliver season tickets digitally, via the MLB Ballpark app. To scan in or manage your tickets, please be sure to have this app downloaded and your email address that is on file verified.
You can also forward tickets, utilize the Ticket Exchange Program, donate to the Red Sox Foundation, and list tickets on SeatGeek through your My Tickets portal.
