Autograph Alley hosts a former Boston Red Sox player, coach, or personality before Tuesday and Wednesday night games during the season to sign autographs free of charge. You can find Autograph Alley in the Jersey Street Team Store.

Major League Memories is an Alzheimer's Association engagement opportunity for people living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia designed to connect those in the community with Major League Baseball teams through the joy of shared baseball nostalgia.

The Alzheimer's Association works with teams across Major League Baseball, including the Red Sox, to raise Alzheimer's awareness and educate the public about Alzheimer's disease and all other dementia.
