To download the MLB Ballpark app, visit the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
Use your MLB.com email and password to login to the app. If you create a new account, use the same email address used to purchase your Red Sox tickets.
Select the Red Sox as your favorite team.
You will receive an email from MLB.com to verify your email. Click verify from that email and your tickets will appear in the Wallet tab in the MLB Ballpark app.
