Miami Marlins Text Alerts Program - Terms & Conditions
- The Miami Marlins Text Alerts Program (the "Program") will allow fans aged eighteen (18) or older to purchase select Miami Marlins regular season home game tickets.
- All tickets purchased through the Program are subject to the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth in these terms and conditions; the standard terms and conditions governing Miami Marlins tickets, available at marlins.com/ticketterms; and the terms otherwise communicated to participants (collectively, the “Terms”). The Miami Marlins (“Club” or “Marlins”) has the right to change, limit, or otherwise amend the Terms at any time in its discretion, and reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time without notice.
- MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Marlins, as applicable, and may be subject to change.
- Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets. Tickets will be viewable ninety (90) minutes prior to each game purchased.
- By opting in or signing up, each person consents to receive ticket offers via text message from the Miami Marlins Text Alerts Program, at the mobile phone provided or used. Individuals may opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Expect up to fourteen (14) messages per week. Text STOP to 37956 to cancel. Text HELP for assistance.
- The Club has the absolute discretion to determine the games (if any) for which Program tickets will be available.
- Program tickets are subject to availability, with such availability to be determined in the sole discretion of the Club.
- Program tickets for each available game will not be available for purchase until the day of such game.
- There is a limit of four (4) Program tickets per order. One (1) order per person per offer.
- Program tickets must not be transferred, resold, or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Any such use may be voided and/or refunded to the original purchaser.
