Marlins Virtual Group Events

The Miami Marlins hosted virtual group events prior to select 2020 season home games to bring communities together and celebrate baseball from the comfort of home. Each pregame live stream recognized members of our community and include look-ins at Marlins Park activity, Marlins VIP appearances, virtual fan experiences, and a Marlins Trivia Challenge where participants put their Marlins and South Florida knowledge to the test.

Frontline Heroes Appreciation

On August 29th, the Miami Marlins honored and recognized dedication to keeping our community safe and running during these unprecedented times.

Programming featured a Marlins Trivia Challenge with Frontline Hero participants representing Fire, Healthcare and Mail Carrier professions.


South Florida Black History Celebration

On August 16th, the Miami Marlins celebrated Black History in South Florida as part of Major league Baseball’s recognition of the Negro Leagues’ 100th Anniversary.

Programming featured important conversations with prominent figures within the South Florida Black community and a Marlins and Negro Leagues focused Trivia Challenge with representatives from several minority owned businesses.
