Voucher Redemption
Redemption opens January 16, 2025
Tickets: Each voucher is valid for four (4) tickets to select 2025 regular season games.
Available Seating Categories: Each voucher is valid for tickets in View Box, View Box Outfield, View Box Left Field, View Reserve Infield, View Reserve, View Reserve Outfield, and View Reserve Left Field and will vary by game.
How to Redeem:
- Click ‘REDEEM’ for your preferred game.
- Click the desired SECTION, then ROW, and finally the ‘SELECT’ button next to each desired seat. Utilize the ‘Seat Map’ window on the right side of the screen to view the exact location.
- Click ‘CONTINUE’.
- Click ‘ADD VOUCHER CODE’ and enter a code from the front of your voucher for each seat selected and click ‘ADD’.
- When finished adding the voucher codes, click ‘DONE’.
- Enter your contact information and click ‘CONFIRM’.
- A confirmation email will be sent with instructions on how to access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app.

What does my voucher include?
Each voucher is valid for four (4) tickets in the View Level to select 2025 regular season Giants games at Oracle Park, subject to availability. Available seating categories include View Box, View Box Outfield, View Box Left Field, View Reserve Infield, View Reserve, View Reserve Outfield, and View Reserve Left Field, and will vary by game. Additional seating categories may be made available for select games.
Which games is my voucher eligible for?
Your voucher is eligible for all 2025 regular season games, subject to availability, except the following:
- Fri. April 4 vs. SEA
- Sat. May 17 vs. ATH
- Sat. June 7 vs. ATL
- Sat. June 21 vs. BOS
- Sun. June 22 vs. BOS
- Fri. July 11 vs. LAD
- Sat. July 12 vs. LAD
- Sun. July 13 vs. LAD
- Sat. July 26 vs. NYM
- Fri. Sept. 12 vs. LAD
- Sat. Sept. 13 vs. LAD
- Sun. Sept. 14 vs. LAD

Can I redeem multiple vouchers for the same game?
No, you may enter one (1) San Francisco Giants Sam’s Club voucher code for four (4) tickets in the same transaction.
Is there a deadline to redeem my voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed any time before game time, subject to availability. The final game that is eligible for voucher redemption is September 28, 2025. Vouchers are not eligible for Postseason games.
When/how will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are accessible via the MLB Ballpark app immediately after redemption. Upon completing the transaction, you will receive two emails. One is your order confirmation, and the other is instructions on how to access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app.
Can I combine vouchers to get premium seats?
No, tickets can only be redeemed in the eligible View Level seating categories.
Can I redeem my voucher for Special Event tickets?
No, vouchers are eligible for regular tickets only.
Can I sell the tickets I redeem with my voucher?
No. Tickets redeemed with vouchers are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser. The sale, attempted sale or transfer of tickets, to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser, redeemed through this offer in violation of this policy is prohibited. Tickets redeemed in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.
If I can no longer attend the game I redeemed my voucher for - can I exchange my tickets?
No, tickets are not eligible for exchanges - all sales are final. Tickets can be forwarded to friends and family.
Can unused 2025 Sam’s Club vouchers be used for future seasons?
No. Vouchers will expire after the last eligible game, September 28, 2025.
