Giants Ticket Flexibility for Ticket Members

Utilize your ticket flexibility benefits to get the most out of your ticket membership. Exchange, return, or donate tickets that you don’t plan to use, to customize your membership to meet your needs.

Ticket Exchange

Ticket Members have the flexibility to exchange tickets from one game to another during the regular season, subject to certain parameters.

Exchange Limits

Ticket Exchange is unlimited to all Giants Ticket Members.

Exchange Details
  • Exchange is available until 24 hours before game time.
  • Tickets must be exchanged 1:1; tickets cannot be combined for a higher value.
  • Exchange is complimentary into a game of equal or lesser ranking. Exchange into a game of higher ranking will require payment.
  • Credit resulting from an exchange into a game of lesser ranking is available until September 28, 2025. Credit cannot be applied towards your membership renewal.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged into potential Postseason games or non-baseball events.
How to Use Ticket Exchange:

  1. Log in using the MLB.com account and password that is associated with your membership.

  2. From the “My Upcoming Events” list, select the game that you want to exchange out of.

  3. Select the tickets you want to exchange and click “Exchange Tickets” at the bottom of the page.

  4. From the list of available games, select the game you want to exchange into.

    • You will have the option to exchange your current tickets for the same game to get tickets all together. Click “No thanks…” to select a different location for your new tickets.

  5. Click a section on the map to see available seats.

  6. You will see either an included or upgrade total.

    • "Included total" means there is no balance due. If the new tickets are a lower price, you will see the difference reflected in the cart at checkout. This amount will be applied to your account as credit for use during the 2025 season.

    • :Upgrade total" is the amount you owe. If you have credit on your account from a previous exchange, you will be able to apply it towards your upgrade.

  7. Select the same quantity of seats as you exchanged and click “Continue to Checkout” at the bottom of the page.

  8. Enter your billing information and click “Exchange” or “Buy Tickets”. If the balance is zero, you will not be charged anything, but billing information is still needed to finalize the transaction.

Alternative Exchange Options:

Full Season Ticket Members may exchange their tickets into alternative ticket products. Please contact your Account Executive to administer the exchange. Not available to partial season or flexible membership ticket members.

Ticket Return

Full Season Ticket Members have the ability to return unneeded tickets for up to eight (8) games, and receive account credit equal to the value of the tickets returned. Account credit can be used for future ticket purchases, other ticket products, or as payment toward the 2026 Season Ticket renewal.

Ticket return is exclusively available to Full Season Ticket Members.

Tickets Return is available until 24 hours before game time.

How to Use Ticket Return:
  1. Log in using the MLB.com account and password that is associated with your season tickets.
  2. From the list of “My Upcoming Events”, select the game you want to return.
  3. Select the tickets and click “Return Tickets” at the bottom of the page.
  4. The total amount of credit that will be added to your account will be shown on the right side.
  5. Enter in your billing information and click “Return Tickets”. You will not be charged anything, but billing information is still needed to finalize the transaction.
Ticket Donations

Full Season Ticket Members have the option to donate their tickets, providing others in the community with the opportunity to attend Giants games. The Giants have also partnered with Operation: Care and Comfort and Vet Tix to bring current military members and veterans to Giants games all season long.

How to Donate Your Tickets:
  1. Log in using the MLB.com account and password that is associated with your season tickets.
  2. Click Donate Tickets in the left hand menu.
  3. Select the game you wish to donate. Use the menu at the top of the page to change the month.
  4. Select the tickets you wish to donate and click "continue" at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click "select a charity" from the drop down menu then click "Donate". Enter a personal message if you wish.
  6. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Donate Details:
  • Donations are accepted until 48 hours before game time.
  • Accounts that donate tickets will receive a letter at the end of the calendar year for tax purposes.
