Giants Ticket Flexibility for Ticket Members

Utilize your ticket flexibility benefits to get the most out of your ticket membership. Exchange, return, or donate tickets that you don’t plan to use, to customize your membership to meet your needs.

Ticket Exchange

Ticket Exchange gives Ticket Members the flexibility to exchange tickets from one game to another during the 2024 regular season, subject to certain parameters.

Exchange Limits

NEW IN 2024: Ticket Exchange is now unlimited to all Giants Ticket Membership levels.

Exchange Details
  • Exchange is available up until 24 hours before first pitch.
  • Tickets must be exchanged 1:1; tickets cannot be combined for a higher value.
  • Exchange is complimentary into a game of equal or lesser ranking. Exchange into a game of higher ranking requires an additional charge. Credit resulting from an exchange will expire on September 29, 2024.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged into potential Postseason games, or non-baseball events at Oracle Park. Ticket Exchange credit cannot be applied towards your membership renewal.
How to Use Ticket Exchange:

  1. Log in using your MLB.com account and password that is associated with your season tickets

  2. From the “My Upcoming Events” list, click the game that you want to exchange out of

  3. Select the tickets you want to exchange and click “Exchange Tickets” at bottom of the page

  4. From the list of available games, click the game you want to exchange into.

    • You will have the option to turn in your current tickets for the same game to get your tickets all together. Click “No thanks…” to select a different location for your new tickets.

  5. Click a section on the map to see available seats.

  6. You will see either included or upgrade total

    • Included total means there is no balance due. If the new tickets are a lower price you will see the downgrade total in the cart at checkout. This amount will be applied to your account for use during the 2024 season.

    • Upgrade total is the amount you owe.

  7. Select the same quantity of seats as you exchanged and click “Continue to Checkout” at the bottom of the page.

  8. If you have Ticket Trade credit on your account from a previous exchange, you will be able to apply it towards your upgrade.

  9. Enter in your billing information and click “Exchange” or “Buy Tickets”.

Alternative Exchange Options:

2024 Full Season Ticket Members may exchange into alternative ticket products. Please contact your Account Executive if you are interested in the exchange options listed below. Not available to partial season or flexible memberships.

  • Single Game Suite Rental
  • Cloud Club Package
  • The 415 Membership
  • Group Tickets

Ticket Return

Ticket Return allows Season Ticket Members to return unneeded game tickets, and receive account credit equal to the value of the tickets returned. Account credit can be used for future ticket purchases, other ticket products, or as partial payment toward the 2025 Season Ticket renewal.

Ticket return is exclusively available to Full Season Ticket Members.

Full Season Ticket Members can return up to (8) eight games during the 2024 season. Tickets Return is available up until 24 hours before first pitch.

How to Use Ticket Return:
  1. Log in using your MLB.com account and password that is associated with your season tickets
  2. From the list of “My Upcoming Events”, select the game you want to return.
  3. Select the tickets and click “Return Tickets” at the bottom of the page.
  4. The total credit that will be added to your account will be on the right side.
  5. Enter in your billing information and click “Return Tickets”.
Ticket Donations

Full Season Ticket Members have the option to donate their tickets, providing others in the community with the opportunity to attend Giants games. The Giants have also partnered with Operation: Care and Comfort and Vet Tix to bring current military members and veterans to Giants games all season long.

How to Donate Your Tickets:
  1. Log in using your MLB.com account and password that is associated with your season tickets.
  2. Click Donate Tickets in the left hand menu.
  3. Click the game you wish to donate. Use the menu at the top of the page to change the month.
  4. Select the tickets you wish to donate and click continue at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click select a charity from the drop down menu then click Donate. Enter a personal message if you wish.
  6. A confirmation message will appear and an email will be sent to you.
Donate Details:
  • Donations are accepted until 48 hours before game time.
  • Upon request from our partner, donation could be turned off if volume is too great.
  • Accounts that donate tickets will receive a letter at the end of the calendar year for tax purposes.
