How to Add a Voucher Code for Redemption
- Login or create an account to MySFTix
- Tap the 3 bar icon (top right) to access the menu
- Tap My SF Tix, then Vouchers
- Enter the voucher code, then tap Add
- Repeat if you have other voucher codes you wish to redeem for seats together
Follow Access or Add steps, then:
- Select the voucher offer
- At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Redeem
- Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem, then click Redeem/Continue (the maximum number of vouchers redeemed into one game varies)
- From the Ballpark Map, choose a highlighted section in your eligible seating area
- Click on the price (right hand side) and Add to Cart
- Tickets will be mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app
- Agree to the terms and click Place Order

Q: Can I redeem multiple vouchers to be seated together?
A: Yes. When you select the voucher program, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Voucher Actions then Redeem. Select multiple vouchers before proceeding to select your game date. The maximum number of vouchers you can redeem into one game may vary depending on the voucher offer.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can redeem per game?
A: Yes. Unless otherwise specified, a maximum of 6 vouchers can be redeemed per account, per game. One (1) voucher is redeemable for one (1) game ticket in eligible seating categories, subject to availability.

A: Vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch, subject to availability.
Q: Can I combine my vouchers to get premium seats?

A: Each 2025 voucher is valid for one (1) ticket to a 2025 home game.

A: 2025 vouchers are valid for any 2025 regular season home game, including Opening Day. Subject to availability. Vouchers are not valid for Spring Training or potential Postseason games.

A: Eligible seating categories for 2025 ticket vouchers will vary by game and are subject to availability. Options may include Lower Level, View Level, Bleachers and Arcade. Club and Premium seating categories are not available through this offer.
Q: Can I upgrade my tickets once I have redeemed my vouchers?
A: Yes. For an additional cost, upgrades may be facilitated at the Ticket Services office behind home plate on the Promenade Level (by section 119) on the day of the select game. The office is open from when gates open through the mid-5th inning.

A: A maximum of six (6) 2025 ticket vouchers can be purchased per transaction.
