2024 Renewal FAQs
Q: When is the renewal deadline?
A: The deadline to renew is Wednesday, September 6.
Q: What is auto-renew?
A: Auto-renewal ensures that you can enjoy uninterrupted access to your season tickets without having to manually submit payment each season. Prior to the 2025 Season, you will have the option to opt-out of auto-renew.
Q: What is the renewal payment plan?
A: Accounts that enroll in auto-renew can select our four installment plan: 40% at time of renewal, 20% in November, 20% in January and 20% in February. Accounts that do not opt in for auto-renew will pay in full.
Q: Can I apply my account credit toward my renewal?
A: Account credit can be applied to your renewal. Please note: Ticket Exchange credit is only eligible for the 2023 Regular Season and is therefore not applicable toward your 2024 renewal.
Q: If my account credit covers my 40% payment, do I need to take action to confirm the renewal?
A: Yes! Even if no balance is due, you still need to complete the renewal via My SF Tix.
Q: Where can I find 2024 game rankings & variable pricing?
A: Variable pricing can be found on your personalized renewal site that was emailed to you.
Q: Will parking be offered for the 2024 season?
A: Accounts with access to the Parking Marketplace in 2023 will once again be given the opportunity to secure parking passes for 2024 games. More information will be available closer to the start of the season. Access to the Parking Marketplace is not available for new accounts at this time. Accounts that don’t have access to the Parking Marketplace are encouraged to secure parking through SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservations app.
Q: Will printed tickets be offered in 2024?
A: 2024 tickets will be delivered via the MLB Ballpark app. Additional fulfillment options are to be determined and will be communicated closer to the start of the season.
