Know Before the Show

We encourage fans to plan their parking and transportation arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Reservations are required to park in Oracle Park lots.

Oracle Park is located in a residential area and we ask concert-goers to be respectful upon entering and leaving the neighborhood.

EVENT INFO

  • Box Office opens - 1 p.m.
  • VIP check-in begins - 3:30 p.m.
  • General gates open - 6:30 p.m.
  • Event starts - 8:30 p.m.

VENUE INFO / ACCESS

  • Bag Policy: Backpacks (including clear backpacks) and hard-sided coolers are not permitted. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs. Other bags, that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size, are permitted. Bags do not need to be clear. On-site storage is available for rent. Click here to learn more.

  • VIP Ticket Entrance: VIP1 ticket holders check in at the Marina Gate (behind the scoreboard). VIP2 & VIP3 ticket holders check in at the Willie Mays Gates (3rd & King St.).

  • Field Ticket Entrance: All field ticket holders must enter through the Marina Gate. Guests will receive a wristband upon entry.

  • General Entrance: General ticket holders can enter using one of three gates: Willie Mays (3rd & King St.), O’Doul (near 3rd St. Bridge) or 2nd & King.

TRANSPORTATION

Public Transit is highly recommended for traveling to and from Oracle Park.

  • Muni and Caltrain will both run special event service for this concert and have stops within steps of Oracle Park, providing convenient access.
  • BART is a short walk or Muni ride away from Oracle Park.
  • Check agency websites for additional information on special event service (note that ferry agencies will not be providing direct service to Oracle Park).

Parking: Reservations are required in Oracle Park lots

  • Reserve parking in advance through SpotHero.

  • Parking Reservations are required in Lot A/Pier 48 and the King-Townsend Garage at 153 Townsend Street.

  • Please be aware of third parties selling unauthorized parking passes.

  • Any parking pass without a valid barcode will not be honored in Oracle Park lots.

For those traveling by bike, secure bike parking operated by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is available on the Portwalk, behind right field. The Bike Valet service opens when the gates open and closes 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event.

Tour merchandise will be sold in O’Doul Plaza on Monday, August 21 from 12-6 p.m. and on August 22 starting at 12 p.m. Merchandise will also be sold inside the venue.
