The San Francisco Marathon will impact transportation to Oracle Park and create busier conditions in the surrounding neighborhood before the game on Sunday, July 28 against the Colorado Rockies.
Timing
Timing: The SF Marathon will take place from 5:15 a.m. to Noon.
Location
The last few miles of the course pass Oracle Park, impacting circulation around Lot A/Pier 48, the Portwalk, the Embarcadero and Pier 30/32.
Transportation
Public Transit/Biking:

Specific parking impacts and recommendations:
- Pier 30/32 will delay opening until Noon.
- Runner impacts near/around Lot A/Pier 48 are expected to peak between 9-11 a.m. which may require vehicles to wait for periods of time while runners pass before being permitted to enter the lots.
- The Accessibility Shuttle will continue to operate between Lot A/Pier 48 and the O’Doul gate normally, but may experience delays.
