A: The four-day pickleball festival takes place from Thursday, July 20, 2023 through Sunday, July 23, 2023
Q: What time can I play?
A: Select from multiple time slots in the morning, afternoon and evening each day. Daily session availability may vary due to high demand and the amaetur tournament.
Q: How long can I play?
A: Each court reservation includes 80 minutes of gameplay + 10 minutes in between sessions to gather your belongings and head to the festival zone. Alternatively, players can reserve back-to-back sessions to play longer.
Q: How many tickets are included?
A: All court reservations include the opportunity for up to ten (10) players and are exclusive to the size of your group.
Q: How many players can play at once?
A: Typically, 4 players are on the pickleball court at once. A reservation includes access for 10 players, who can rotate in and out throughout your 80 minutes of gameplay.
Q: Do I need 10 people to play?
A: No, your group can include anywhere from 2-10 players.
Q: What if I have more than 10 people?
A: You are welcome to purchase multiple courts.
Q: What if there are people in my group who just want to watch?
A: Guests just wanting to watch can purchase a spectator ticket. They will not have access to the field or playing courts but can watch from the ballpark’s stands.
Q: Do children need to have tickets?
A: Anyone over the age of 24 months must have a valid spectator ticket or be part of a court reservation.
Q: What equipment should I bring?
A: Players are encouraged to bring their own paddles and wear athletic attire and appropriate footwear. Official Franklin Sports X-40 Pickleballs will be provided to each court for use during your session.
Q: What kind of pickleball paddle will players receive?
A: All players will receive a complimentary Franklin Sports Signature Series Giants-branded paddle to take home after their session! These paddles will be distributed to players post-gameplay as a gift, so be sure to bring your own paddle to play with prior. Players must be present to claim their complimentary paddle. Redemptions will not be accepted for ticket holders who cannot attend.
Q: How much is it to reserve a court?
A: Court reservations are $1,500 (plus applicable fees) per group per session.
Q: How do I reserve a court and receive access?
A: Your purchase opportunity runs through MySFTix. Tickets are mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app. We encourage players to access or forward their tickets prior to arrival. Learn more about mobile ticketing, including step-by-step instructions on how to access your tickets.
Q: Can I select my own court?
A: No, courts will be assigned automatically. If you purchase multiple courts you will be COURTED next to each other.
Q: Can I switch my court reservation time?
A: No, courts cannot be rescheduled after purchase.
Q: What is the refund or exchange policy?
A: All sales are final, refunds and exchanges are not permitted. If you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to forward your tickets to others.
Q: What is the re-entry policy? Can I come back later in the day after I’ve played?
A: There is no re-entry. If you leave Oracle Park you will need to purchase additional tickets to re-enter.
Q: Is there a liability waiver?
A: Yes, all players and those entering the courts will be required to sign a liability waiver upon check-in.

A: The event will proceed rain or shine.
