What are the event dates?

The event will run Wednesday-Sunday, November 13-17, 2024.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are sold online only at sfgiants.com/golf. We expect this event to sell out so we encourage you to purchase tickets well in advance.

How much are tickets?

Player Tickets start at $99 each + fees ($111.50). Tour Pro Tickets start at $160 each + fees ($172.50). Please note that tickets are priced dynamically and vary based on the tee time and date (price reflected at time of purchase). Clubhouse Passes are $25 each + fees ($28.75). This price is fixed.

How are groupings managed?

Tickets are sold in 2s and 4s. If you buy 2 tickets, you will be paired with another twosome. If you wish to play privately, purchase 4 tickets within the tee time. If you have a group larger than 4, you can book multiple foursomes with nearby tee times. Each hole will have two tee boxes, so two foursomes will be playing near each other.

When are tee times?

Wed-Fri, tee times begin at 8:30 a.m. Sat-Sun, tee times start at 7 a.m. Tee times are offered every seven minutes. Wed-Sat, the last tee time is tentatively set for 9 p.m. On Sunday, the last tee time is tentatively set for 7 p.m. To secure your preferred tee time, we recommend purchasing tickets well in advance.

After purchase, how do I access my tickets?

Event tickets are mobile only via the free MLB Ballpark app. We encourage players to access or forward their tickets prior to arrival. Learn more about mobile ticketing, including step-by-step instructions on how to access your tickets.

Can I change my tee time?

No, tee times cannot be rescheduled after purchase.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. If you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to forward your tickets to others.

How long does it take to play the course?

A round of play is estimated to take between 1 hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours. We encourage all golfers to arrive at least 30 minutes before their tee time to allow time for check-in.

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs and balls?

Golf clubs and balls are provided for all players. A set of adult right and left-handed irons and wedges will be available at each tee box. See the Rules tab for club sizes and equipment details.

Can I bring my own golf clubs and balls?

Players are permitted to bring their own clubs, but are restricted to five (5) clubs and they must be irons or wedges (no woods allowed). Players who bring their own clubs will need to carry them throughout the round (golf bags are not permitted). Personal golf balls are not permitted.

Are left-handed clubs available?

One set of left-handed clubs will be available at each hole. Please instruct the caddie stationed at each tee box if you are left-handed.

Are youth clubs available?

Youth clubs are available upon request in The Clubhouse before play begins. Options and sizes are limited, so we recommend youth players bring their own clubs. Youth players are allowed to use broader club sizes, but are still limited to five (5) clubs total.

Is the course ADA accessible?

Due to the elevated and custom nature of the tee boxes, gameplay is not ADA accessible. The Clubhouse and all associated Clubhouse Pass amenities are accessible.

Do I need to sign a liability waiver?

Yes, all guests, including Clubhouse Passholders, will be required to sign a liability waiver upon check-in.

Can I intentionally hit a ball towards other locations inside or outside of the ballpark?

No. Players attempting to hit golf balls outside of the field of play are subject to immediate ejection without refund. All shots will be actively monitored by caddies to enforce this rule.

Where do I enter and check in?

All players will enter at The Gotham Club, which is located behind right field along the Portwalk adjacent to McCovey Cove.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time to allow ample time to check in, collect your scorecard and receive gameplay instructions. However, players are welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy The Clubhouse experience.

Can I stay in The Clubhouse after my round?

You are welcome to stay inside The Clubhouse after your round to eat, drink and socialize. Please note there is no re-entry once you leave The Clubhouse.

What are The Clubhouse’s hours of operation?

The Clubhouse at The Gotham Club will open at 8 a.m. on Wednesday-Friday and 6:30 a.m. on Saturday-Sunday. The Clubhouse will tentatively close at 10 p.m. on Wednesday-Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sunday.

Am I able to access The Clubhouse if I’m not golfing?

Clubhouse Passes ($28.75 each) are available to those who won’t be playing, but would like to enjoy The Clubhouse amenities. Up to two (2) Clubhouse passholders can walk the course with a golfing foursome.

What is the re-entry policy?

There is no re-entry. If you leave The Clubhouse you will need to purchase additional tickets to re-enter.

What are my transportation options?

We always encourage taking public transit to Oracle Park. See your options here.

If I drive, where can I park?

Paid parking is available in various lots around Oracle Park. We recommend reserving parking in advance via SpotHero.

Will food and beverage be available for purchase?

The Clubhouse in The Gotham Club will have a variety of specialty food and beverage items available, including a full bar for purchase throughout the event. Certain items can be taken on the course and will be available for purchase throughout the round.

​​Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Outside food and beverage is permitted. No alcohol, glass, aluminum or hard-sided coolers. Beverages must be in sealed containers.

What should I wear?

We encourage players to dress comfortably, especially footwear since you will be walking the course. Golf cleats are not permitted. San Francisco weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing sufficient outerwear.

What happens if it rains?

The event will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will have ponchos available for all players. The Clubhouse is entirely indoors.

What is the bag policy?

Golf bags and backpacks (including clear backpacks) are NOT permitted. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs. Other bags, that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size, are permitted. Bags do not need to be clear. Hard-sided coolers are not permitted. All bags are subject to inspection. Learn more.
