D-backs Advantage Points allow you to choose the Advantage Member benefits that mean the most to you through the MLB Ballpark app for Android and iPhone.

Whether it’s passes to watch batting practice from the field, autographed bats, and baseballs, or even the opportunity to throw the ceremonial first pitch, you can use your qualifying points to make the call and truly customize your Membership experience. Your points never expire, and all unused points will rollover to the following season in continuation with your Membership.

How do I use my Advantage Points?

After opening the App, click on the star icon at the bottom of the screen to access the Experiences page. From there, you can view the various items and experience that we are offering to our Members. All items and experiences are updated one week prior to the start of each homestand at 6PM.

Do Advantage Points expire?

Advantage Points do not expire and will rollover to the following season in continuation with your Membership.

How can I earn more Advantage Points?

ROAD SERIES BONUS WORDS: Tune in to our broadcasts when the D-backs are on the road, and during the first game of each road series, the broadcast team will announce a “Bonus Word” that can be entered to automatically receive 20 additional points. Each road series will have a new Bonus Word, meaning you can continue to earn points all season long.

PURCHASE A GROUP OR SUITE: If you purchase or refer someone who purchases a group outing or nightly suite rental, you’ll receive an additional 100 points. Remember that all Advantage Members receive a discount on suite rentals and group spaces. Ask your Membership Experience Representative for more details.

REFER A NEW MEMBER: Spread the word! If you refer someone to your Membership Experience Representative, and they purchase an Advantage Membership, you both will receive 250 points.

COMPLETE A SURVEY: Help us help you! We are always looking for ways to improve every aspect of your experience as an Advantage Member. Complete surveys that you receive via email and get an additional 50 points for each survey you take.

When will experiences be uploaded onto the Advantage App?

Experiences are uploaded one week prior to a homestand at 6PM.

What can I redeem my Advantage Points on?

Autographed memorabilia, batting practice passes, mystery bobbleheads and seat upgrades are just a few of the ways you can redeem your Advantage Points.

What do I do if I am having trouble claiming an experience in the Advantage App?
