D-bucks expire at the end of the game date printed on your ticket. See details below about how to access D-bucks on your mobile device.
To scan D-bucks loaded onto a ticket, from MLB Ballpark app click on the ‘Vouchers’ tab. You will then see a QR Code that can be scanned.
To pull up a QR code from the Apple Wallet to access D-bucks, tap the three buttons on the top right and click on Pass Details.
For Android devices with tickets in the Google/Samsung Wallet, click on ‘Details’ and manually enter the barcode number located on the back, excluding the extra character.
To access a QR code from a text message for Loaded Value, click on the ‘Ticket Details’ button.
To access the QR code from Mobile Account Manager, click on ‘Voucher’ under ‘Event Extras’.
