- Bio: Brian has been with the Cubs since 2021. Previously he held various ticket sales, service and operation positions with the Milwaukee Bucks, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Coyotes, Sioux Falls Skyforce and Ticket Evolution. He is originally from Lake Preston, South Dakota and received his undergraduate degrees from the University of South Dakota and Wayne State College.

- Bio: This is Katelyn’s second year with the Cubs. She is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and received her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Before joining the Cubs, Katelyn has held roles with other sports organizations including Colorado Springs Sports Corp, Denver Broncos, Air Force Academy Athletics, and College World Series Inc.

- Bio: Emmily originally joined the Cubs in 2022 as a Gameday Ticket Office Window Seller and has rejoined the team this year as a Ticketing and Event Operations Associate. She is from Concord, New Hampshire and graduated from Coastal Carolina University with her undergraduate degree in Recreation and Sport Management. Previously, Emmily has worked as an intern with the Coastal Carolina University Athletic Department, the PGA Tour, and the Arizona Coyotes along with the Chicago Cubs.

- Bio: This is William’s first season with the Cubs. Originally from Davie, Florida, he recently graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in Business Administration, where he was also a member of the baseball team. Before joining the Cubs, William worked as a sales associate at City Furniture and has experience in operations at both W&J College and Prospect Select Baseball.

Before joining the Cubs, Ryan had previously worked with the Arizona Cardinals during the 2023-2024 season and with Gatorade. He is looking forwarded to an amazing Cubs Spring Training season!
