A
ADA COMPLIANCE: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is a completely ADA accessible facility. Disabled guests may enter the facility through any of the main gates (A, B or C). Parking spaces are available along Main Street (in front of the ticket office), in front of both of the stadium grass parking lots (Parkside Drive and Stadium Drive), and also in the Abacoa parking garage across the street from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium (across Main Street). All restrooms are also ADA friendly.
If you require an accessible seat, notify the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium ticket office at (561) 630-1828 or upon purchase of tickets.

ALARMS: In the event of a fire or emergency alarm, please direct your attention to the Video Board for an important message and/or the direction from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium staff members. Follow the Emergency Evacuation instructions, remain calm and do not run.
ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. Florida state law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. There is a limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per purchase.
ANIMALS: No animals are allowed on Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium grounds with the exception of trained assist animals for our disabled guests and scheduled approved promotional events (Dog Days).

BABY CHANGING STATIONS: Baby changing stations are located in both the men’s and women’s restrooms at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. All restrooms are located in the main concourse along the third base side, first base side and behind home plate.
BAGS/BACKPACKS: RDCS now adheres to a NO BAG policy. Exceptions are ONLY made for medicinal bags, diaper bags, and clutch purses. All items will be inspected, and all bags are subject to search.
BANNERS: Signs or banners are not allowed in the stadium, unless otherwise approved in advance by Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium management.
BATS: For everyone’s safety, guests are NOT permitted to bring bats into RDCS. Guests can purchase souvenir bats from the team store, but they cannot bring them back into the stadium once they’ve exited.
BATTING PRACTICE: The gates open for early batting practice approximately two hours before game time. The gates open for VIP batting practice approximately two and a half hours before game time. For more information, please call the front desk at (561) 775-1818.
BLEACHERS: The bleachers are located in the outfield on the third base side of the stadium, adjacent to the field.
BABY STROLLERS: Baby Strollers are permitted within the stadium; however, due to crowd capacities, strollers are not to be stored in the seating bowl. If needed, they can be kept by the Cleveland Clinic Information Booth during the games.

CAMERA/VIDEO RECORDERS: Fans are permitted to bring cameras and video recorders into the stadium, provided they are for personal use only. All cameras/video recorders are subject to be searched upon entering the stadium. The taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited by professional baseball. Tripods and monopods for photographic equipment are not permitted in the stadium.
CAPACITY: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium features reserve box, bleacher, bullpen club and luxury suite seating. The stadium can accommodate approximately 7,100 guests. The stadium has approximately 6,830 seats (not including standing room only).
CARRY-IN ITEMS: No outside food or drink(s) can be brought into the stadium. Other items not allowed to be brought into the stadium include drugs, drug paraphernalia, broomsticks, baseball bats, offensive signs, political signs, bags, fish nets, large plastic bottles over 16 oz (no matter the contents), and projectiles that can cause injuries or disruption of the game.
CASSIDY COOL ZONE: Located along the right field line, overlooks the playing field and is a great area to enjoy a pre-game meal while watching batting practice.

CHARITY: The official charity of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is the Cardinals/Marlins Fund. The Cardinals/Marlins Fund seeks to provide financial assistance to local nonprofit organizations that encourage the participation of young people in sports and other physical fitness activities.
CHIDO BEACH CLUB: Located behind the Cardinals bullpen in right field, enjoy drink railings and four-top tables with an all-you-can-eat grab-and-go menu including hamburgers, Dean Dogs, Italian sausage, bratwurst, peanuts, popcorn, dessert, Pepsi soft drinks and bottled water. Vegetarian options are also available. Available as a season ticket package or for groups of 15 or more. Please call (561) 630-1846 for more information.
CHILDREN'S ENTRY INTO PARK: Any child (under age 2) entering the park without a ticket must share a seat with the accompanying adult. All other children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

CONCESSION STANDS: There are two concession stands - Triple Play Eatery and Hot Corner Grille - on the third base side of the stadium. There are three concession stands – the Island Grille, the Island Bar and the Grab-and-Go. Lastly, there are two concession stands - the MVP Grille and the Grand Slam Express - on the first base side. They are all located on the main concourse. Food and beverage is also available on the party deck from time to time. Portable stands are scattered throughout the facility. Specific items are also vended in the seating area.

DESCRIPTION: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is a Spring Training complex/facility specially designed to house two Major League Baseball organizations. The complex is a state-of-the-art facility.
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is the only facility in the country to host two Minor League Baseball organizations (Jupiter Hammerheads/Palm Beach Cardinals), in addition to the two Major League Baseball teams.
DESIGNATED DRIVER: The management of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium asks if patrons are drinking at the stadium that they not drive. Fans should bring a designated driver or find other means of transportation to make their way home. If a cab is needed for an inebriated fan, contact the main office so arrangements can be made.
DIMENSIONS: The dimensions for Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium are as follows - left field (330 feet), left-center field (355 feet), center field (400 feet), right-center field (350 feet) and right field (325 feet).
DRINKING FOUNTAINS: There are drinking fountains located throughout the concourse near the restrooms on the first and third base sides and behind home plate.
DONATIONS: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is happy to help non-profit groups and their fundraising efforts through donations whenever possible. Due to the high volume of request received each week, we ask that you follow our guidelines, listed in further detail on our Donations page under the Community tab, and provide us with, at minimum, 8 weeks advanced notice.
DISABILITY ASSISTANCE: Assistance is provided upon request from the greeters located at each gate or by visiting the Cleveland Clinic Information Booth.
A drop-off area is located directly in front of the stadium outside of Gate B.
Parking is available directly in front and along the side of the stadium (Main Street), as well as in the Abacoa parking garage (west of the stadium) and the front of both grass parking lots (Parkside Drive and Stadium Drive).
Wheel accessible seating is located in the following sections: 101, 102, 110-116, 123 and 124. Please notify the Roger Dean Chevroelt Stadium Ticket Office at (561) 630- 1828 or upon purchase of tickets.

EMERGENCY CALL REGISTRATION: Physicians and other fans that may be expecting emergency phone calls should leave their name at the Cleveland Clinic Information Booth. They will then be contacted by one of the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium staff members.
EVENTS: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is more than just a stadium. It can be rented out for the day to host a company picnic, meeting, fundraiser, graduation ceremony, wedding or private function. The stadium regularly hosts over 50 outside events each year. The facility also hosts two of the largest high school baseball tournaments in the country each year - the USA Baseball Junior Olympic Tournament and the Perfect Game/World Wood Bat Association Championship. FAN INTERFERENCE: Any fan that touches, attempts to touch, or generally interferes with a ball in play or a player during a game will be subject to immediate ejection.

FIRST AID: The Jupiter Medical Center First Aid room is located on the first base side in the main concourse next to the advanced ticket windows. The Jupiter Medical Center First Aid staff is regularly stationed in the stands throughout the games/events. In the event that medical assistance is needed, contact any Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium staff member. All of the Jupiter Medical Center First Aid staff members are certified EMTs and experienced to handle most medical situations.
FOULED BALLS/BATS: The holder of each ticket assumes all risks and danger from the action of the players, coaches and officials on the field before, during and after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and dangers include, but are not limited to, being injured by objects such as balls, bats, bases, helmets and promotional items that are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field of play, bullpens, dugouts and other areas on the stadium grounds. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, Jupiter Stadium, LTD., JS Stadium, Inc., the Town of Jupiter, the Abacoa Development Company, Aries Land Acquisition, L.L.C., Palm Beach County, Florida State League of Professional Baseball Clubs, Inc., Palm Beach Cardinals, L.L.C. and the respective employees, officers and agents of all the above, St. Louis Cardinals, L.P., and its wholly owned subsidiaries Palm Beach Cardinals, Miami Marlins, L.P., and its wholly owned subsidiaries and Jupiter Hammerheads, and the respective employees, officers and agents of all the above, are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

GAME TIME: Fans are allowed into Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium one-and-a-half hours before the game during Spring Training and one hour before the game during the Florida State League season.

INCIDENT REPORT: In the case of any incident, a Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium staff member will fill out the appropriate incident report along with the guest(s) involved. The guest(s) involved have the opportunity to obtain a copy of the incident report, if so desired.
INFORMATION BOOTH: The Cleveland Clinic Information Booth is located on the concourse behind home plate across and to the left of Gate B (directly across from the main office door).
INSPECTION POLICY: In conjunction with Major League Baseball, the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals, reserve the right to inspect all items entering Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. Bags will NOT be allowed into the stadium. Exceptions may be made for items including diaper bags, medical bags, and clutch purses. Those items will be subject to a bag search. Alcohol, bottles, cans, thermoses, and/or hard plastic cups/mugs are not permitted. Clear plastic, sealed, water bottles no larger than 16 oz. are allowed. All items will be inspected. Those patrons who refuse a search will be denied entry into the stadium. Exceptions may be made for medical considerations.

MERCHANDISE: The Official Team Store is located on the concourse behind home plate. During Spring Training, the team store will be open to the public from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM for day games and 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for night games. The team store will reopen to game attendees two and half hours prior to game time and will stay open 30 minutes after the game or until the last customer leaves the store. During the Minor League season, the team store opens on game days to game attendees one hour before scheduled game time and remains open until the end of the game. Non-game store visits during the Minor League season can be made in advance by emailing [email protected].

OFFICE HOURS: The administrative office for Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is open regularly Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. During Spring Training, office hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily.
ON-FIELD ACCESS: Per league rules, only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during or after the game. Any unauthorized person on the field will be removed from the stadium and may be prosecuted for trespassing.
OPEN DATE: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium opened on February 28, 1998. The first game played was between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Montreal Expos, with the Cardinals defeating the Expos 5-0 in front of 6,889 fans.
OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGE: There will be no outside food or beverages allowed inside Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. No outside bottles, cans, coolers, etc. may be brought inside of the facility. Exceptions will be made for those with specific medical needs or items needed for infants and small children. Delaware North Companies, the food service provider for Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, will make every effort to accommodate our guests’ preferences.
OWNERSHIP: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is owned by Jupiter Stadium Limited, a partnership between the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals.

PAGING: Requests for paging are only honored when a situation has been confirmed to be of an extreme medical emergency. The stadium staff will deliver a message to the guest at their seat location, if known. If necessary, a public-address-system announcement requesting the fan to report to the Cleveland Information Booth will be made.
PALM BEACH CARDINALS The Palm Beach Cardinals are the Class-A Advanced affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. The Cardinals play April-September at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium each season.

PEDDLERS/VENDING/FREE SPEECH ACTIVITY: Unauthorized peddling or vending is not allowed on Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium property.
PETS: Pets are not allowed inside Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium with the exception of Dogs Days during the Florida State League season, which occur the last Saturday of every month. However, all service animals are welcome at any time.

POLICE: The Jupiter Police Department has police officers posted throughout the stadium in case of an emergency during Spring Training and larger events.
PRACTICE FIELDS: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium has 12 practice fields on the complex. There are six practice fields for each the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals. Miami Marlins’ practice fields are numbered 2 through 7, and the St. Louis Cardinals’ practice fields are numbered 1 through 6.
PRESS AREAS: There is a pressroom in both the Cardinals and Marlins clubhouses, which are used by the media during Spring Training. During the Florida State League season, the press will use the press box located behind home plate. Media credentials must be obtained in advance.
PRESS BOX: The press box is located on the second level behind home plate and accessible via the elevator that is located in the suite lobby behind home plate on the concourse level. Proper credentials are required.
PROGRAMS: Programs are available throughout the concourse, in the Team Store, and online. The price for a collector Spring Training souvenir programs is $7.
PUBLIC ADDRESS ANNOUNCEMENT: For any guests’ Public Address Announcements, please visit the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium main office. All guests’ announcements will require a donation to the Cardinals/Marlins Fund, due at the time of the request.

RAINOUTS: Spring Training tickets purchased from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, online through Tickets.com or by phone may be exchanged for any remaining games for the home team of your original purchase (based on availability). Exchanges can be made in person through the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium ticket office or by phone, 561-630-1828. In the event an alternate game cannot be found, a refund can be issued upon request. Tickets purchased from any other vendor (i.e. StubHub) must be handled by the vendor from whom you purchased. No refunds will be issued.
For Group Ticket refunds, Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium will work directly with the respective group leaders and handle refunds accordingly. Group tickets will not be allowed to be exchanged at the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Box Office. Please contact your group leader for more information.
RE-ENTRY: Due to new security protocols handed down from Major League Baseball, re-entry into Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is not permitted. However, re-entry may be granted in extreme emergencies or special circumstances. Re-entry is at the discretion of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium staff.
RESTROOMS: There are three women’s and three men's restrooms located throughout the concourse, one on each of the first and third base sides and one behind home plate. Several changing tables can be found in each restroom. All restrooms are handicapped accessible.
ROGER DEAN: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is named in partnership with Roger Dean Chevrolet, a family-owned Chevrolet dealer since 1965.

SCHEDULES: Spring Training and Florida State League schedules are available at the Cleveland Clinic Information Booth.
SMOKING POLICY: There is no smoking (includes cigars, e-cigarettes, vapors, etc.) in the seating area, luxury suite area and the party tent area at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. Smoking is only permitted on the open ends of the concourse on the lower level.
SPECTATORS ON THE PLAYING FIELD: Spectators are not permitted on the field. Spectators also are not permitted to throw anything onto the field. Fans that violate this ordinance will be arrested and prosecuted.
STANDING ROOM ONLY: Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets limit the ticket holders to stand within the designated areas throughout the seating area - marked by yellow paint and marked “Standing Room Only”.

TRESPASSING: Any fan venturing onto the playing field before, during or after a game will be subject to criminal prosecution and/or fines.

UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium. However, due to safety reasons, they may not be opened in the seating area.
UNAUTHORIZED TRANSMISSION OF GAME: No person admitted to the stadium shall transmit or aid in the transmission of any description, account, picture or reproduction of any baseball game or exhibition game conducted in the park unless expressly authorized by the Miami Marlins, St. Louis Cardinals, Jupiter Hammerheads or Palm Beach Cardinals.
USHERS: Ushers are stationed throughout the seating area for the guests’ convenience. They are there to help all guests with any questions or concerns before, during and after the games/events.

VIDEO BOARD: There are two brand new High-Definition LED video boards at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium that were introduced in 2022. One in left-center field and one in right-center field. They each measure 25 ½ feet tall by 42 feet wide.
Special groups/ Birthdays – For any guests’ special group and/or birthday announcements, please contact call (561) 775-1818 or email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance. All guests’ messages/announcements will require a donation to the Cardinals/Marlins Fund, due at the time of the request.
Group sales – Groups who purchase tickets through Group Sales will automatically be recognized on the video board. All other inquiries should be directed to call (561) 775-1818 or email [email protected]. Requests must be made 24 hours prior to game time.

WEAPONS: Weapons of any kind are not permitted in Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.
WI-FI: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium WiFi is only available to media, press, or team related individuals. No complimentary WiFi is available.
WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE: Fans are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs but, when available, the stadium will provide wheelchairs for disabled fans on request. If you are in need of assistance, contact the ushers located at the gates or go to the Cleveland Clinic Information Booth.
WORKOUTS: During the Spring Training months, the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals have workouts open to the public on the back practice fields. The time of the workouts is determined by the two Major League organizations and subject to change without notice.
