Does my child still get to participate if he/she turns 14 during the season?

As long as you register your child before their birthday they are still eligible to participate in the Kids Club for the year.

How old does a child have to be to become a member?

There is NO MINIMUM age requirement to become a member of the Cardinals Kids Club.

Is the Kids Club a monthly membership?

No, the Cardinals Kids Club is a season-long membership with a one-time membership fee each calendar year. For example, if you purchase a 2024 membership, it is valid January 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024.

Do Kids Club Members receive any special discounts inside the stadium?

With your Kids Club badge, you are eligible to receive a 10% discount at the Cardinals Team Store.

One of my Kids Club items was faulty/broken, what do I do?

We work hard to ensure the highest quality items that last for years to come. However, if you are experiencing any issues with your Kids Club items, you may reach out to [email protected] or 314-345-9888 and we will have a new one shipped to you. You can also return it/speak to a representative at the Kids Club Kiosk.

When will we receive our membership package?

After purchasing through the website, you can expect to receive your membership package three to four weeks after purchasing (shipping begins Spring 2024). If you purchased at the stadium or a community event, you will receive your membership package upon registering at the event’s Kids Club Stand or the Kids Club Kiosk, located in Ford Plaza at Busch Stadium. In-stadium membership sales will relaunch on Opening Day 2024.

Does my membership from last year automatically renew?

No, you will need to re-register each year. This can be done either on the website or at the Kids Club Kiosk in Ford Plaza.

Will the Kids Club memberships sell out?

Yes, limited Kids Club items are available. Be sure to purchase early, while supplies last! If the Cardinals Kids Club memberships sell out, discounted memberships may be offered, without the items.

Is there a limit of the number of memberships I can buy?

There is no limit on the number of memberships you can buy! There is a limit of 4 memberships per online transaction, however there is no limit on the number of online transactions you can have through purchasing on the website. Additionally, there is no limit on the amount of memberships that you can purchase in-stadium or at a community event.

When is the Cardinals Kids Club Kiosk, located in Ford Plaza, open during home games?

The Cardinals Kids Club Kiosk is open every home game from when the gates open until 2 hours after first pitch.

I recently changed my shipping address or email address. How do I update my information?

To update your shipping address or email address, please email [email protected] or call 314-345-9888 to speak with a Kids Club representative.

How do I redeem the ticket vouchers?

Vouchers must be redeemed online or in person at the Busch Stadium Ticket Windows. Vouchers are not redeemable by phone. To redeem online, visit cardinals.com/vouchers, select Kids Club Membership, and then follow the instructions to select your tickets. (Online fees will apply.)
