We are happy to share details about Simple Renew for Season Ticket Members, with important information highlighted below. What is Simple Renew?
Simple Renew is a program designed to make the Season Ticket Membership renewal process easy and seamless. You will no longer have to worry about renewal deadlines or be asked to take action to ensure you get the best opportunity at relocation and benefits. A detailed description of the Simple Renew process is described in your 2024 Ticket Product Purchase Licence.

How does it work?
You will receive an email with your 2024 Ticket Product Purchase Licence and indicating that Simple Renew has begun, as well as your seat location, and pricing information informing you the Simple Renew process has begun along with your seat location, pricing information and a link to your online Account Manager with your invoice. If you are planning to renew your Season Ticket Membership for the 2024 season, no action is required. You can enjoy your 2023 benefits, watch Blue Jays baseball, and relax knowing that your seats will be your seats again in 2024. If you no longer wish to retain your Season Ticket Membership, you may choose to start the opt out process by filling out a simple form and confirming your opt out decision with your Service Executive.

What about benefits?
By renewing, you will automatically get the best 2024 price and benefits package.

How will relocation/upgrades work?
If you wish to relocate to different seats, you will be granted an opportunity to do so as a benefit once renewal is complete. The relocation process will be like previous years. The order in which relocation access will be granted will be prioritized based on your seating category and Season Ticket Membership tenure.

What about payment options?
You will automatically be enrolled in our flexible payment plan option

What about postseason tickets?
Access to 2023 postseason tickets is covered by your current 2023 Season Ticket Membership.

Simple Renew is really that easy. You don't need to take any action and you get all the best perks of being a Season Ticket Member.
