• Exchange for all seat locations (based on availability) – experience a new view by swapping your tickets to a different location in the ballpark.
• Seamlessly exchange between the same or lower game categories in each package without additional cost. Games are valued at different tiers, and you can exchange your tickets from the same or lower tiers at no additional cost. If you would like to exchange your tickets to a higher tier, pay the difference based on your membership rate.
• Flexibility of unlimited exchanges – Quarter Season Ticket Members receive unlimited regular season exchanges, up to 48 hours before game time. Easily adjust your plan as needed by logging in to your Account Manager.

Resell your tickets through our league partner SeatGeek. Simply log into your Account Manager, choose a game, and select the “Sell” function, which will direct you to SeatGeek to post your tickets for re-sale.

Looking to make a difference in someone’s life? Donate your game tickets to Kids Up Front directly through Account Manager. More information is available here: Kids Up Front. Tax receipts are available.

Whether you are accessing your tickets, purchasing additional seats, transferring, exchanging, or more, easily access and manage your tickets on Account Manager. Log in using your email address and password.

If you don’t see your tickets on Account Manager, follow these steps:

• If you purchased your tickets online through bluejays.com and Ticketmaster, download the Ticketmaster app on your smartphone or visit Ticketmaster.ca. Sign in using your email address and password and the tickets should appear.
• If you purchased your tickets from the Blue Jays Ticketing team over the phone, access your tickets through either (a) Account Manager, or (b) by downloading the MLB Ballpark app, and logging in using your email address and password
