Back by popular demand are autograph sessions… only this time they’re virtual! As part of Virtual Winter Week presented by TD, there will be one (1) ticketed virtual player autograph session and one (1) ticketed virtual alumnus autograph session each day of the week. Purchase a ticket to a virtual autograph session for your chance to interact with a Blue Jays player or alumnus through your computer screen, and have an autographed item mailed to you.

How It Works

• Please note: capacity for each virtual autograph session is limited.

Each virtual autograph session is a ticketed event and only fans who purchase tickets to the applicable autograph session will be granted access.

• In order to participate, you must have internet access and a computer or laptop with a webcam and the Google Chrome Internet browser installed. Please note, the virtual autograph session can only be facilitated through a laptop or desktop computer (no cellphones, tablets or mobile devices).

• The cost of each virtual autograph session ticket is $10 CAD, with a portion of the proceeds going to Jays Care Foundation.

• Each ticket includes access to one (1) virtual player or alumnus autograph session during the time slot you select at the time of purchase and one (1) of the following:

1. An autographed screenshot with a Blue Jays player or alumnus from your session

OR

2. For select timeslots only, one (1) pre-selected item (choice of baseball, Blue Jays hat or mini baseball bat) to be autographed by a Blue Jays player or alumnus. Specific item must be selected at the time of purchase and will be shipped to the purchaser’s mailing address indicated at the time of purchase, once the session is complete.

• Limit of one (1) screenshot/autographed item per person.

• Each fan will have one (1) minute to interact with the player or alumnus during their session.

• Players and alumni are subject to change and will be shared with purchasers via email communication 24 hours prior to the virtual autograph session.

• The Toronto Blue Jays are not responsible in the event that you are unable to participate in a virtual autograph session due to internet connectivity issues, issues with your computer or laptop, issues with the web browser or issues with the virtual autograph session platform(s).

How to Purchase Tickets to a Virtual Autograph Session

Virtual autograph session tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, Jan. 21 until tickets are sold out. There is a limit of one (1) virtual autograph session ticket per account.

Please note: the number of autograph session tickets is extremely limited.

Once you successfully purchase tickets to a virtual autograph session, you will be provided further instructions on how to access the virtual autograph session via email within 48 hours after your purchase.

Tickets to virtual autograph sessions are intended for use by the Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager account holder and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or otherwise transferred. A unique link to access the session will be provided to the account holder 24 hours prior to their purchased virtual autograph session. The link will be invalid if it is forwarded to and accessed by any recipient who is not the original account holder.

Please remember that the ticket limits mentioned above are per account. Due to the limited availability persons who exceed these ticket limits by setting up multiple accounts with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information may have any or all of their tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster or the Toronto Blue Jays in their sole discretion.
