To enter the Pronamel Smile Like a Pro Contest, simply complete and submit the entry form below!

The contest closes at 4:59 p.m. ET on June 20, 2025 and consists of thirteen (13) individual secondary prize entry periods as follows:

  • Entry Period 1: 10:00 a.m. on March 24 to 11:59 p.m. on March 30
  • Entry Period 2: 12:00 a.m. on March 31 to 11:59 p.m. on April 6
  • Entry Period 3: 12:00 a.m. on April 7 to 11:59 p.m. on April 13
  • Entry Period 4: 12:00 a.m. on April 14 to 11:59 p.m. on April 20
  • Entry Period 5: 12:00 a.m. on April 21 to 11:59 p.m. on April 27
  • Entry Period 6: 12:00 a.m. on April 28 to 11:59 p.m. on May 4
  • Entry Period 7: 12:00 a.m. on May 5 to 11:59 p.m. on May 11
  • Entry Period 8: 12:00 a.m. on May 12 to 11:59 p.m. on May 18
  • Entry Period 9: 12:00 a.m. on May 19 to 11:59 p.m. on May 25
  • Entry Period 10: 12:00 a.m. on May 26 to 11:59 p.m. on June 1
  • Entry Period 11: 12:00 a.m. on June 2 to 11:59 p.m. on June 8
  • Entry Period 12: 12:00 a.m. on June 9 to 11:59 p.m. on June 15
  • Entry Period 13: 12:00 a.m. on June 16 to 4:59 p.m. on June 20

By completing and submitting the entry form, you will receive one (1) entry into the secondary prize draw relating to the applicable entry period, and one (1) entry into the grand prize draw taking place on June 23, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Non-winning secondary prize draw entries will carry over to subsequent entry periods.

Limit of one (1) secondary prize draw entry and one (1) grand prize draw entry per person/email address during the contest period with the opportunity to receive up to three (3) additional grand prize draw entries by opting-in to receive commercial electronic emails from Pronamel, and up to one (1) additional grand prize draw entry per entry period by posting an original photograph on Instagram or X that shows you holding a Pronamel Active Shield toothpaste product, and which includes the hashtag #SmileLikeaProContest and tags @BlueJays. THE GRAND PRIZE

One (1) lucky winner will receive a grand prize consisting of:

  • Four (4) tickets to attend a Blue Jays™ game at Rogers Centre™
  • The opportunity for the winner to participate in a baseball card photo shoot with a Blue Jays alumnus along with four (4) baseball cards from the shoot
  • Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (2 rooms)
  • Round-trip economy airfare to Toronto for the winner and their guest*
  • Four (4) Blue Jays jerseys
  • Four (4) Blue Jays hats
  • Two (2) $100 Blue Jays™ gift cards
  • Over $500 worth of Pronamel products

* Airfare not included if winner resides within 300 km of Rogers Centre. Instead, winner will receive return ground transportation from their home to the hotel.

To receive three (3) additional grand prize draw entries into the Contest, either (a) opt in to receive electronic communications from the Company by checking the box below, or (b) send an email with the subject line “Smile Like a Pro Contest – Opt In Alternative Entry”, " to tbjcontest@bluejays.com before 4:59 p.m. ET on June 20, 2025 with a maximum fifty (50) word description stating why would you like to win the contest, along with your full name, address, city, province, postal code, age and day & evening telephone numbers. The literary quality of the maximum fifty (50) word submission will not be judged or otherwise used in any way in, and will have no effect on, the determination of the winners. There is a limit of three (3) additional grand prize draw entries using the above entry mechanisms.
To receive one (1) additional grand prize draw entry per entry period, either (a) make a unique X.com or Instagram post tagging @BlueJays in the text of the post, and which post includes an original photograph that shows the entrant holding Pronamel Active Shield toothpaste product, and contains the hashtag #SmileLikeAProContest OR (b) send an email to tbjcontest@bluejays.com using the same email address as indicated in their Entry Form that has as its subject line “Smile Like a Pro Contest – Social Post Alternative Entry”, and includes a maximum fifty (50) word description stating what about the sport of baseball makes you smile, and specifies the entrant’s full name, address, city, province, postal code, age and day and evening telephone numbers. There is a limit of one (1) grand prize draw entry per entry period using the above entry mechanisms.
