This pregame tour of Rogers Centre is perfect opportunity to explore Rogers Centre prior to the game on a guided tour led by an expert tour guide.*

Please note, in order to attend a pregame tour, each attendee must have a valid ticket for the baseball game taking place that day. Blue Jays game tickets will be scanned on entry to the tour. No exit / re-entry into Rogers Centre will be permitted upon conclusion of the tour.
Please Note: All Pregame Tour attendees will be required to sign a Batting Practice Viewing Waiver prior to be permitted entry to the Batting Practice Viewing portion of the Pregame Tour. Failure to sign a waiver will result in denial of entry to the Batting Practice Viewing portion of the Pregame Tour. Waivers can be downloaded by clicking here and will also be available for signature upon check-in to your Pregame Tour.

***Only guests that have purchased tickets for the Pregame Tour will receive the giveaway item for that day’s game, if applicable. Pregame Tour guests will receive one giveaway item per ticketed guests present when watching Batting Practice (each ticket holder must be present in order to pick up the giveaway item). Classic Tour guests attending tours earlier on a game day do NOT receive giveaway items. Please note that giveaway items only refer to gate giveaways listed here; Specialty Ticket items are ONLY available with the purchase of a Specialty Ticket. All Specialty Ticket purchases will come with a game ticket that indicates the item that is included. Specialty Tickets can be purchased here.

Purchasing Tickets
Can I purchase tickets on the day of my tour?
Yes, tickets are available to purchase on the day of the tour, subject to availability. Please be aware that tickets are only available for purchase online and tour sizes are limited, so we recommend you purchase tickets in advance.
Do children 2 years old or younger need a ticket?
Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket.
Scheduling
I can’t find a specific tour date on the tour schedule
If there are no tours showing on the date you want to visit, it means that tours are either sold out or not running on that day.
Will additional tours be added throughout the season?
It is possible that additional tours will be added throughout the season. Tour schedules will be released monthly, please see here for the most up to date schedule.
What happens if my tour is rescheduled?
If your tour is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for your new tour time and date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled tour, you will automatically be refunded via the same payment method.
General Questions
Will I visit the clubhouses?
Clubhouse access is not available for the Classic and Pregame Tours.
How long does the tour last?
The tours will last approximately 60 minutes.
Where do tours begin?
All tours meet at Gate 3 100L (opposite the entrance to the CN Tower).
When should I arrive for my tour?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.
