When you log in to the MLB Ballpark app with the same email address that you used to buy or accept transferred tickets, your MLB account will automatically become associated with your Yankees ticket account. You can find your account number in the MLB Ballpark app by tapping the Profile icon on the top left hand corner of the Home tab and selecting "My Ticket Accounts."

If you are having trouble accessing or connecting your ticket account, please call (813) 879-2244 or email [email protected].

How do I find tickets that I purchased with a different email address?
