For the 2025 Regular Season

Q: What method of payment will be used for my regular season Ticket Plan?

A: For Licensees currently enrolled in the STAR Program, the method of payment (i.e., credit card, debit card, etc.) stored in your My Yankees Account and previously used to pay for your Ticket License Plan will be charged the amount(s) and on the date(s) in accordance with the payment option schedule set forth on your 2025 regular season invoice.

To view your current method of payment, visit the 2025 Renewal Information tab in your My Yankees Account and click on "My Current Payment Info."

Q: Why is my method of payment invalid?

A: There are many reasons why the method of payment (i.e., credit card, debit card, etc.) stored in your My Yankees Account and previously used to pay for your Ticket License Plan may be invalid. Reasons include but are not limited to: no credit card on file, expired credit card on file, a credit card on file which will expire during the payment schedule, or multiple credit cards used for a single payment.

Q: How can I update my method of payment?

A: If you would like to update your method of payment, you may do so via your My Yankees Account. Simply click "View/Pay Invoice" and select your 2025 Regular Season - STAR invoice. Proceed through the invoice process and under the Payment Options, click "Edit/Add" next to the Payment Method section. You must completely submit your 2025 Regular Season - STAR payment for your new method of payment to be saved and applied. Please note that payment will not be charged until the Renewal Date.

Q: When will my stored card be charged for my regular season Ticket Plan?

Q: How do I change my payment option schedule for the upcoming season?

A: If you would like to update your payment option schedule, you may do so via your My Yankees Account. Simply click "View/Pay Invoice" and select your 2025 Regular Season - STAR invoice. Proceed through the invoice process and under the Payment Options, click "Select Payment Option" to view your valid options. You must completely submit your 2025 Regular Season - STAR payment for your new payment option schedule to be saved and applied. Please note that payment will not be charged until the Renewal Date.

Q: Where can I view the price of my Ticket Plan renewal?

A: The price of your the Ticket Plan renewal will be disclosed in the invoice. To view your 2025 Regular Season – STAR invoice, visit your My Yankees Account and click "View/Pay Invoice."

Q: What happens to the "preferred pricing" on my postseason invoice if I opt-out of the Program?

A: This "preferred pricing" is only available to Licensees who renew for the 2025 regular season and select a payment option. If you do not renew for the 2025 regular season and select a payment option on or prior to Sept. 6, 2024, the 2024 postseason pricing will be adjusted to the public sale price, as the "preferred pricing" will no longer be applicable, and the remaining balance will automatically be charged. Please reference your My Yankees Account for up-to-date 2024 postseason pricing.

Q: Am I still eligible for the "auto-charge option" for the postseason if I opt-out of the Program?

A: The "auto-charge option" is only available to Licensees who renew for the 2025 regular season and select a payment option. If you do not renew for the 2025 regular season and select a payment option on or prior to Sept. 6, 2024, the 2024 postseason payment option will be adjusted, as the "auto-charge option" will no longer be applicable, and the remaining balance will automatically be charged.

Q: When can I opt-out of the Program?

A: You shall have the right to terminate your enrollment in STAR by providing written notice of termination during the period commencing a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the Renewal Date and ending the day before the Renewal Date (the "Opt-Out Period"). For the 2025 Regular Season, the Opt-Out Period begins on Aug. 14, 2024 and ends on Aug. 30, 2024.

Q: How do I opt-out of the Program?

A: You may cancel your STAR enrollment and your License before the expiration of the Opt-Out Period by: (a) providing written notice to the New York Yankees at [email protected]; (b) contacting your Ticket Account Representative; or (c) opting out of STAR via your your My Yankees Account.

Q: Can I opt-out of the Program and still renew my Ticket Plan for the upcoming season?

A: No. By renewing for the 2025 Regular Season, you agree to enroll in the New York Yankees Season Ticket Automatic Renewal "STAR" Program. Please review the details of the STAR program.
