Season Ticket Automatic Renewal Program

Through the Season Ticket Automatic Renewal Program, eligible Licensees have the convenience of automatically renewing their season tickets. For those enrolled in the Program, season tickets will renew automatically for the immediately following season.

1) STAR Program. The New York Yankees Partnership (“Licensor”) is offering purchasers of certain Ticket Plans (“Licensee”) the ability to enroll in Licensor’s Season Ticket Automatic Renewal Program (the “STAR”). Licensee’s enrollment in STAR does not constitute acceptance of any offer by Licensor to license any Tickets (the “License”) under Licensee’s Ticket Plan. The License is subject to Licensor’s Ticket Terms and Conditions and Agreement to Arbitrate and Class Action Waiver (the “T&Cs). In the event of any conflict between the T&Cs and STAR (including Licensee’s enrollment therein), the T&Cs shall govern and control. Licensee acknowledges that the License is limited to the MLB regular season ("Regular Season") covered by the Ticket Plan and grants no right to renew the License for any subsequent Regular Season. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that it neither has a reasonable expectation to renew nor any right or privilege to renew the License for any subsequent Regular Season. Licensor reserves the right to grant or not grant any license to Licensee for any subsequent Regular Season for any reason whatsoever and pursuant to such terms and conditions as Licensor determines. Licensor reserves the right to change, amend, modify and/or update STAR at any time and Licensee’s Ticket Plan payment constitutes acceptance of any such change, amendment, modification and/or update. 2) Automatic Renewal. Subject to the foregoing, if Licensor offers Licensee an opportunity to renew the License, then as a result of Licensee’s enrollment in STAR, the License shall automatically renew for the immediately following Regular Season on the date (the “Renewal Date”) specified in the applicable renewal invoice (the “Invoice”).

3) Payment. By enrolling in STAR, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the method of payment (i.e., credit card, debit card, etc.) stored in Licensee’s My Yankee Account and previously used and provided by Licensee to pay for Licensee’s Tickets Plan (or to such other method of payment authorized by Licensee) will be charged the amount(s) and on the date(s) in accordance with the Payment Schedule set forth in the Invoice. Renewals associated with any subsequent Regular Season may have a higher price than the current Regular Season or any prior Regular Season. The price of the Ticket Plan renewal will be disclosed in the Invoice.

4) Cancellation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) Licensor shall have the right to terminate the License at any time and for any reason or no reason by providing a refund equal to the number of Games remaining in the applicable Regular Season under the Ticket Plan following the termination date, and (b) Licensee shall have the right to terminate Licensee’s enrollment in STAR by providing written notice of termination to Licensor during the period commencing a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the Renewal Date and ending the day before the Renewal Date (the “Opt-Out Period”).
