Purchasing a Yankees Universe Membership for Yourself Online

In order to purchase a membership to Yankees Universe, you must complete the Yankees Universe order form at www.yankees.com/universe. You must provide complete and accurate information, including your name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile), email address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The yankees.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The email address associated with your MLB.com account will serve as your Yankees Universe login. You must use or, for gifts, provide a unique email address and password for each membership purchased. The New York Yankees and/or MLB reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the yankees.com Terms of Use. All new membership sales are final. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges. For additional questions regarding membership, please contact us. Membership Renewals

For your convenience, you have the option to have your Yankees Universe membership automatically renew at the then-current price set by the New York Yankees. Your automatically renewed membership comes with premiums (e.g., t-shirt) of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums the previous year, though the exact type of premium(s) provided may change from year to year. Yankees Universe will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the Winter of the following Major League Baseball season to notify them of pending renewal. Emails will be sent to the email address associated with your account. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges after the date on which your membership is automatically renewed. PLEASE NOTE: Under no circumstances will Yankees Universe Rookie or Explorer memberships be refunded once any number of the two (2) Main Level or two (2) Terrace Level Outfield, as applicable, tickets have been redeemed.

Yankees Universe may determine, in its discretion, to discontinue a membership tier offered for purchase with automatic renewal. If that occurs, such memberships will not automatically renew. Yankees Universe will contact those members by email prior to the start of the next Major League Baseball regular season to notify them of available membership options for that year's baseball season.

AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

All Yankees Universe members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their memberships in 2023 and who have not canceled or purchased a new membership for 2024 will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around February 2024, and their memberships automatically will renew at the same membership level (if available) approximately two (2) weeks later. For information on refunds for automatically renewed 2023 memberships, please see above.

IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT

Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.

2025 Membership Renewals

If you purchase a 2024 membership and elect to have that membership automatically renew and such membership tier is still available in 2025, then your membership will automatically renew in or around February/March 2025, unless you contact us to opt out of the automatic renewal feature. You will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around February/Mach 2025 and then automatically have your membership renew approximately two (2) weeks later. If you do not cancel before the date set forth in your notification email, then your membership will automatically renew in or around March 2025.

Purchasing a Yankees Universe Gift Membership

We will contact your gift recipient via email to let him/her know that you have purchased a Yankees Universe membership on his/her behalf. Please be aware, that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification email in order to receive the Yankees Universe online benefits, so please be sure that the email address provided is correct.

If the intended recipient does not receive the email, then please contact us.

Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy, children younger than 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.

For Gift Recipients

Yankees Universe Welcome Packages will be sent within six (6) to eight (8) weeks of purchase, regardless of the method of purchase. HOWEVER, YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE ONLINE BENEFITS OF YOUR YANKEES UNIVERSE MEMBERSHIP. The email you received when you were notified of your gift includes a special link and information on how to activate your membership online. You must click on that link and follow the activation instructions.

NOTE: You must activate by September 9, 2024, however, in order to receive the online benefits of your 2024 Yankees Universe gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible.

If you are a Yankees Universe Rookie or Explorer member, you must activate your membership online before you can receive your ticket code for your Main Level or Terrace Level Outfield, as applicable, tickets.

Your Yankees Universe Membership Card and Welcome Package

Your Yankees Universe Welcome Package contains your Membership Card and a Welcome Letter. Any additional items in your package will be based upon the membership tier you purchased.

Membership Cards and Welcome Packages will begin shipping in or around March 2024. All membership Welcome Packages will be shipped within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks of purchase. Neither the New York Yankees nor MLB is responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2024 membership packages returned by the U.S. Postal Service will be held at Yankee Stadium, One East 161st Street, Bronx, NY 10451 until the conclusion of the 2024 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Yankees Universe member by contacting us. Two (2) complimentary Main Level tickets for a select 2024 regular-season home game (Rookie tier only)

With the purchase of a Yankees Universe Rookie membership, you will receive a code redeemable for two (2) Main Level tickets for a select 2024 regular-season home game.***Both tickets for which code is redeemed must be for one (1)/the same game only. These tickets will not be included in the Welcome Package you receive in the mail. The redemption code will be emailed separately and made available to you on the Yankees Universe members-only section on yankees.com. Members can reach the members-only section by clicking the Already a Member? Log In button on yankees.com/universe. Tickets will be available to you after single-game tickets have gone on sale. The redemption code must be redeemed by 3:04 p.m. ET on September 29, 2024. Once code is redeemed, selected game cannot be changed under any circumstance.

Relocation to a seat or standing location at a lower price than the price of the original ticketed location will not result in a refund or credit. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place including Yankee Stadium regardless of precautions that may be taken. By entering Yankee Stadium, you agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and other infectious and/or communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses, as well as agree to all other terms and rules set forth at www.yankees.com/ticketterms. Ticket holders agree to follow all applicable federal, state, county, city and Yankees’ directives in connection with, and in order to reduce the risk or spread of disease and sickness.

Please note that protective netting is located from Section 011 on the 1st base/right field side of Yankee Stadium and continues to Section 029 on the 3rd base/left field side of Yankee Stadium. The height of the netting varies throughout Yankee Stadium.

NOTICE*: The Yankees reserve the right, with or without refunding any amount paid by the ticket holder, to refuse admission to and/or eject any person who: (a) is or appears to be impaired; (b) conceals alcohol, illegal substances and/or other prohibited items while attempting to enter Yankee Stadium; (c) acts in a manner that is unruly, disruptive or illegal; (d) uses derogatory, foul and/or abusive language and/or gestures; (e) displays and/or wears and fails to cover obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate clothing; (f) exposes him/herself; or (g) otherwise violates Yankee Stadium's Code of Conduct, ordinances, rules, requirements, directives and/or regulations. The number of innings in a regulation game shall be determined by Major League Baseball and may be shortened in accordance with Major League Baseball rules. The Yankees make no representation, warranty and/or guarantee that nine (9) innings will be played in any regulation game.

You must present your 2024 Yankees Universe Membership Card (or a printed copy of your 2024 membership confirmation email) and a valid photo ID. This benefit is for you and a maximum of four (4) additional guests.

Fast-track Entry into the New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America

For each 2024 regular-season home game, all Yankees Universe members with a valid ticket may enter the New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America through a fast-track entrance, subject to availability and in-stadium attendance policies. You must present your 2024 Yankees Universe Membership Card (or a printed copy of your 2024 membership confirmation email) and a valid photo ID.
