I am a Full Season Ticket Member, how will I access my Postseason ticket strips available to me as a Season Ticket Member?

All Full (81) Season Ticket Members can view their Postseason invoice in their My Royals Tickets account.

I am a Half or Partial Season Ticket Member, when will I receive information regarding Postseason tickets?

Half (41) and Partial (21) Season Ticket Members will receive a ticket opportunity for each individual Postseason series. An email notification will be sent to the primary email address on your season ticket account notifying you of the sale opportunity. The Postseason strip opportunity will include strips of tickets for each Postseason series (WC, ALDS, ALCS, WS). Details of the ticket opportunity will be included in the email notification.

How many postseason strips will I be able to purchase?

You will have the opportunity to purchase the same number of postseason strips equal to the number of 2024 season tickets in your account.

If I purchase the Postseason ticket strips, what games are included?

Each Postseason strip will include all (14) potential Postseason games that could be played at Kauffman Stadium. This includes the potential of three Wild Card games, three Divisional Series games, four American League Championship Series games, and four World Series games.

I share my season tickets with others. What should be communicated to them about their postseason options?

The Account Holder of Record is the primary name on the season ticket account. That person decides how the postseason tickets will be shared. There may be an opportunity to purchase additional Postseason individual game tickets. Notification will be sent to the Account Holder of Record if any additional tickets are available.

If tickets are made available, how will I access my additional Postseason individual game tickets?

You will receive an email indicating the time and date of your presale opportunity. This offer is online only through your My Royals season ticket account under the ‘Special Offers’ tab. Phone orders will be not accepted for any pre-sale event.

How do I purchase all the games available in a pre-sale opportunity?

You will need to purchase all games you are interested in attending within one purchase flow. Please note that presales are a one-time only offer and once you confirm payment you will not have access to go back in to purchase additional tickets.

Will I have access to individual Postseason game tickets if I do not purchase the ticket strips?

Due to high demand if you do not purchase your Postseason ticket strip(s) that includes all possible Postseason home games you will not have access to individual Postseason game tickets.

How will I be refunded for the Postseason ticket strips I purchased?

Should the Royals not qualify for the Postseason, or the Royals make the Postseason, and all games are not played, any Postseason credits for those games (and parking, if applicable) will automatically be applied towards your 2025 Season Tickets. If you prefer to have your credit refunded back to you, please complete the form at royals.com/refund by Friday, November 8, 2024.

Credit card charges will be refunded to the card used to pay for the Postseason ticket package. If you paid by cashier's check, certified check, money order or cash, a refund check will be issued to the Account Holder of Record listed on the Season Ticket account. Refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks after November 8, 2024.

How will I be refunded for my additional Postseason individual game tickets?

Ticket holders who purchased single game Postseason tickets or round by round Postseason strips online will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase (approximately four to six weeks after the last Royals game). The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per series Processing & Handling fees are non-refundable. Other than tickets to non-played games, all ticket sales are final, and tickets may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Can I purchase an additional Postseason parking pass?

You can purchase additional parking passes through the Ticket Services Department at regular price. Please note that due to high demand we can only offer General parking passes for additional purchases.

How do I know which ticket to use for which event?

Please make sure to double-check your tickets before you leave for the game. You will need to have the correct numbered ticket that corresponds to the scheduled home game for the appropriate series. For the American League Division and Championship Series you will use the ticket labeled Home Game 1 for the first game played in Kansas City in each series. This game may not be the first game played in the series, but the first game played at home. Fans arriving without the correct tickets will not be admitted. Tickets cannot be reprinted or replaced.

When will I know Postseason Game Dates and Times?

I am not satisfied with the Postseason location I received in my invoice, how do I change my location?

Season Ticket Members who wish to sit next to another Account Holder or be relocated from their invoiced location will not be accommodated due to limited seating availability. The location of your Postseason strips is not guaranteed to be the same location as your 2024 season tickets. Locations have been invoiced based on the size of your plan and current season seating location. There are also several seating demands that exist for the Postseason including commitments for Major League Baseball and its partners.

I need ADA locations for the Postseason tickets strips, who can I contact to take care of that request?

Am I able to upgrade or downgrade my invoiced Postseason location?

Due to limited availability, we cannot upgrade your Postseason seating location. However, you are welcome to downgrade your seating location through the Membership Services Department at 816-504-4040, option 3 or [email protected]. Please note locations offered are based on availability.

How do I purchase postseason tickets?

Full, Half, Partial and Fan’s Choice ($2.5k and above) Season Ticket Members are the only customers guaranteed the opportunity to purchase Postseason ticket strips.

Single game tickets for Postseason games will be available online only through a Ticket Lottery for each individual series, they will not be available for purchase through the Ticket Services Department or the Kauffman Stadium Box Office. To be entered in the lottery please visit: royals.com/postseason. Specific Postseason Ticket Lottery details will be announced closer to the beginning of Postseason play. If you are selected as a Lottery winner, you will be notified on how to purchase tickets through the email you used to enter the Lottery.

Can I order tickets over the phone?

For convenience purposes all Postseason ticket sales are done online only. Phone orders will not be accepted.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children 32 inches or shorter do not need a ticket and can sit on the lap of the parent/guardian.

What times do the parking lots and stadium gates open during Postseason?

Kauffman Stadium parking lot and gate times will be released on a series by series basis following the schedule being announced. Ticket buyers will receive an email with stadium information prior to the beginning of each series.

What happens if a game is rained out or postponed?

If any postseason game is officially rained out or postponed, please pay attention for important rescheduling information including date, time or any other particulars. Please visit royals.com.
