Director - Guest Relations and Fan Experience
Nick begins his 8th season with the Royals and 2nd Season as Director of Guest Relations and Fan Experience. He is responsible for overseeing the Guest Relations and Fan Services programs and personnel for the Kansas City Royals. This includes successfully executing stadium events, hiring, training, and supervising 300 active game day staff members, overseeing the personnel and operational activities relating to game day activities and outside events, evaluating, and maintaining the Guest Services Program and training all departments within the organization on this program.
Nick joined the Royals in 2016 as a member of the 50/50 Raffle team. He has since been a Guest Ambassador Supervisor and the Assistant Manager of Ballpark Services. Nick spent the first 12 years of his professional career as a Zookeeper and moved to Kansas City in 2005 to work with Sea Lions. He also has worked with a variety of Apes, Carnivores, Ungulates and Reptiles and Amphibians.
Nick is a proud member of the organizations Diversity and Inclusion Council and is a board member of Marian Hope Children’s Learning Center. Nick received his Bachelor of Animal Sciences from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He resides in Lees Summit, Mo. with his wife Stacia and his two children, Harper and Henley.
