About Stadium Tours

Take a behind the scenes look at Kauffman Stadium! A tour of this “Crown Jewel” of ballparks will take you to areas not normally open to the public.*

  • Interview Room
  • Diamond Club
  • Outfield Plaza
  • Joe McGuff Press Box

In addition to the above stops, the All-Star Tour visits:

  • The Royals Hall of Fame
  • Craft and Draft
  • Triple Crown Suite

The MVP Tour visits all locations on the All-Star Tour, plus:

  • Broadcast Press Level
  • UMB Dugout Suites
  • View Level
  • Additional points of interest in the ballpark

All-Star and MVP Tour guests will also receive a Kauffman Stadium collector’s pin. All tour guests receive a 10% discount at the Royals Team Store (valid on day of tour only).

*All areas are subject to availability depending on the activities occurring within the ballpark during scheduled tour times.

Public Tours
Kauffman Stadium Tours

Classic Tour (Offered during season, approximately 75 minutes)
All-Star Tour (Approximately 90 minutes)
MVP Tour (Approximately 2 hours)

Prices vary at peak times. Please check the buy tickets screen for prices. Ages five and under are free on the Classic, All-Star or MVP tour.

Group Tours
Kauffman Stadium Tours

Approximately 75 minutes

Group tours are available on non-game days only. Reservations must be made seven (7) days in advance.

*Tour stops may include:

  • Dugout
  • Interview Room
  • Joe McGuff Press Box
  • Outfield Plaza

Group Tour (includes 20 Tour Tickets): $200. Additional tickets: $10. Minimum charge of $200.

School/Summer Camp/Non-Profit Group Tour (includes 20 Tour Tickets): $160. Additional tickets: $8

Youth Sports Teams: $160 (includes 20 Tour Tickets): $160. Additional tickets: $8

A $40 deposit is required to confirm the group tour reservation.

Bag Policy

Guests on tours must follow the bag policy* below:

Allowed

  • Clear bag no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” with all items inside easily visible
  • Small clutch bags that do not exceed 9" x 5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

Prohibited

  • Backpacks
  • Luggage

*Exceptions may be made for medical and diaper bags. On non-gamedays, backpack and luggage storage is available for tour guests.
