2024 Student9s U Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms")
- The Boston Red Sox College Student9s Program (the "Program") will allow eligible students to purchase select 2024 Boston Red Sox home game tickets and receive access to exclusive student offers for events at Fenway Park.
- All tickets purchased through the Program are subject to the standard terms and conditions governing Boston Red Sox tickets, available at redsox.com/ticketback (the "Standard Terms"). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and the Standard Terms, these Terms shall control.
- MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Red Sox, as applicable, and may be subject to change.
- All eligible purchasers of Program tickets must be active students aged eighteen (18) or older at a recognized college or university (an "Active Student"). Active Students are those who have and use a valid student email address (ending in .edu) at time of registration, purchasing Program tickets, and on the date of the ticketed game. Active Student status is subject to verification via student email address and student ID at Fenway Park. Purchasers who are unable to verify Active Student status by presenting a valid student ID at the time of entry to Fenway Park may be refused entry. No refunds will be offered.
- Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets. Tickets will be viewable 90 minute prior to each game purchased and will become invalid for entry one hour following the scheduled first pitch time of the game. No refunds will be offered.
- The Program is open only to eligible Active Students. Students under the age of eighteen (18) are ineligible to register and purchase Program tickets under these terms and conditions.
- The Boston Red Sox Baseball Club Limited Partnership (the "Club" or "Red Sox") has the absolute discretion to determine the games (if any) for which Program tickets will be available.
- Program tickets are subject to availability, with such availability to be determined in the sole discretion of the Club.
- Tickets must not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever.
- Each Active Student attending the game must present their ticket at the designated Program entry gate to be scanned for entry. Up to two (2) tickets for use by Active Students can be purchased in a single transaction. The purchasing Active Student must forward one ticket to their guest, who must be an Active Student on the date of the game.
