Game Day Ticket Information
On game days, a very limited number of tickets for that day's game are sold at Gate E on Lansdowne Street beginning 90 minutes prior to game time. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. See "How to Buy" (to the right) for important information.
Ticket availability may include standing room tickets, scattered single seats, and any remaining unused ticket inventory. The number and type of available tickets may vary from game to game. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are acceptable methods of payment.
Red Sox management may alter this policy and/or refuse to sell to an individual at any time in its sole discretion.
Red Sox fans have spoken and based on feedback, the following procedures have been established to create the most equitable and efficient game day ticket distribution process which allows as many fans as possible access to tickets:
- Fans may assemble in line beginning five hours prior to game time -- no earlier.
- Fans must be in line and remain in line to participate in the game day purchase opportunity process.
- Fans are not allowed to hold spaces in line for other fans.
- Fans purchasing tickets at Gate E will be required to enter the ballpark immediately after the purchase. Consequently, a one-ticket limit (per person/per day) is set for "game day" sales.
The majority of single-game Red Sox home games are on sale now.
