BOSTON -- left Saturday's 10-3 win over the Orioles before the top of the fourth inning with a left foot contusion. X-rays were negative, the Red Sox announced.
Red Sox manager Alex Cora said he doesn't expect Betts to play Sunday.
Betts injured his foot sliding into Baltimore catcher in the first inning, limping off the field and leaving the dugout to receive treatment. Betts initially stayed in the game, even coming to the plate again in the second inning, but couldn't finish it out.

"It didn't look good," outfielder said.

With Betts out, the Red Sox inserted into the game in left field and moved to center field with Bradley shifting to right field. It was the first time Swihart had played left at Fenway Park since he suffered a season-ending ankle injury crashing into the wall along the left-field foul line in 2016.
