PLAY BALL Weekend
PLAY BALL Weekend will be held June 14-16, 2024, celebrating the game of baseball everywhere and in every form! The Red Sox and Major League Baseball encourage every child and adult to get out there and play ball, whether that's a game of catch, setting up a tee, or getting to a Little League game! Join us in celebrating the game we all love!

PLAY BALL is a FREE introductory baseball/softball event geared for youth ages 5-12 with any skill range. Youth in attendance participate in fun and engaging baseball activities through station-based drills. The best part is no personal equipment is necessary. All equipment needed for the event is provided so youth can simply show up and play!
This event will include:

- Wally and Tessie
- Live DJ
- Red Sox Mobile Showcase Experience
- Food, giveaways, and more!

Red Sox takeover at the Miracle League of Massachusetts in Acton, MA
The Miracle League of Massachusetts is a non-profit, all-volunteer, organization that gives children with disabilities a chance to play baseball as part of an organized league at no cost.
This event will include:
- Celebration of Miracle League's final games of the season
- Wally to attend and play
- Live DJ
- Cornhole and Jenga
Red Sox are taking over recess at Dever Elementary School in Dorchester, MA
This recess will have different stations for kids to learn and improve their baseball/softball skills while participating in various drills.
This event will include:

- Visit from Red Sox Mascots Wally and Tessie
- PLAY BALL Bat and Ball Set and T-Shirt Giveaways
PLAY BALL Activities at West End House Boys & Girls Club in Allston, MA
The Red Sox are joining the West End House Boys & Girls Club for a fun afternoon of fun and engaging baseball/softball activities. Kids will learn and improve their baseball/softball skills through different station-based drills.
