Fan Services
Stop by one of our Fan Services booths where a Fenway Ambassador would be happy to help with any questions you may have. We assist with seat relations for accessible seating, general inquires and directions, helping fans celebrate their first time at Fenway and other special occasions. We also have sensory kits and assisted listing devices available.
We also have KultureCity sensory bags available at all Fan Services booths as well as Assisted Listening Devices at Gates B & E Fan Services booths. Fans can also listen on their own devices by connecting to the Fenway Park Wi-Fi and downloading the Listen EVERYWHERE app.

Stop by any Fan Services booth to receive a First Timer Pin, Goodie Bag, and Digital First Timer Certificate.
All fan items that have been lost are turned into one of our Fan Services booths, logged, and securely stored until being reunited with their owner. Please stop by any booth or call 617-226-6831 to report a lost item.
