Reds Hall of Famer Tom Browning holds a special place in all of our hearts. His on-field accomplishments created countless memories for Reds fans everywhere and are forever enshrined in the Hall of Fame. However, his legacy transcends baseball as he made the Cincinnati area his home and became a fixture in the community, as an ambassador for the Reds and the game of baseball and was a friend to all. His dedication to the game, the Reds and his family was evident up until his much too soon passing on December 19, 2022.
To provide for another legacy for Tom, the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum has created a Tom Browning Scholarship to be awarded to a baseball and a softball pitcher from the local area. In its inaugural year, Tom Browning Scholarships were awarded to two amazing pitchers, Cameron Snider and Madison Goddard. To sustain this scholarship, we look to you, our devoted supporters, to help us continue to raise funds for future high school baseball and softball pitchers who excel on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities.
