Grant Program

The Community Fund Grant Program provides assistance to local nonprofits in the Tampa Bay region. These grants help enhance and support current programs offered by community-based nonprofit organizations. The foundation has invested more than $2.3 million to more than 400 local nonprofits through this program.

Grant Cycle

The official charity of the Tampa Bay Rays mission is to use the game as a catalyst to bring people together, expand opportunities, and drive meaningful change through youth empowerment, education, and supporting critical community needs on and off the field. Through the Community Fund Grant program, we will award twenty $5,000 grants to enhance and support current programs offered by community-based, not-for-profit organizations.

The deadline to apply is May 29, 2026, with all organizations being notified of funding decisions by June 30, 2026.
