This project is about much more than a ballpark – it's the creation of a vibrant neighborhood with a ballpark at its heart. Through thoughtful, inclusive processes and our intentional equity plan, we have the opportunity to generate ongoing benefits for the community of South St. Petersburg.
WELCOME TO THE FUTURE HISTORIC GAS PLANT DISTRICT & HOME OF THE TAMPA BAY RAYS
The next great placemaking destination, located in the center of Downtown St. Pete. This unparalleled mixed-use development will honor the former Historic Gas Plant neighborhood and be anchored by a state-of-the-art Tampa Bay Rays ballpark.
The Rays new ballpark will set the bar for a new level of intimacy in MLB. Fans throughout the ballpark will be closer to the action than ever before, and we are planning an unmatched variety of seating products from which to take it all in. From luxury suites and all-inclusive club lounges to small group box seating with plush seats and unmatched sightlines, there truly will be something for everyone.
More information on seating products and ticketing deposits will be made available in the coming months. In the meantime, it’s important to make sure you secure your place in line for seat selection in the new ballpark. Existing season members will receive preference in selecting seats in the new ballpark. Sign up to be a Project Insider to stay in the know on construction updates, deposit on sale dates, exciting inside looks, and more! There is no cost or commitment to purchase.
