Q: Am I required to purchase the entire MLB® All-Star Week™ ticket strip, offered to me as on my invoice?

A: Yes.

For eligible Lone Star Members, each seat included in your 2024 All-Star Week ticket strip allocation will receive one (1) officially licensed MLB All-Star Game Commemorative Program, two (2) tickets for Capital One MLB All-Star Village at Choctaw Stadium and E-Sports Stadium Arlington and one (1) ticket to each of the three ballpark events at Globe Life Field. These events include the All-Star Futures Game™ and the All-Star Celebrity Softball Game™, Gatorade All-Star Workout Day™ featuring the T-Mobile Home Run Derby® and the MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard.

Q: How many tickets do I get to All-Star Week events?

A: Any Full and Half Season Lone Star Member paying their 2024 regular season invoice in full prior to January 29th, 2024, will receive full event strips equal to the number of seats in their 2024 regular season membership. Full or Half Lone Star Members who purchase on or after January 29th, 2024, can receive the following (based on availability):

• Premium Lone Star Members get access to purchase Full Event Strips equal to the number of seats in their 2024 regular season premium location.
• Full Lone Star Members (81 Games) get access to purchase Full Event Strips equal to the number of seats in their account, up to six.
• Half Lone Star Members (40 Games) get access to purchase Full Event Strips equal to the number of seats in their account, up to four.
• 20-Game Lone Star Members (20 Games) should reach out to their account representative.
• Full Season Long-Term Suite Holders will have access to Full Event Strips for each seat in their suite.
• Half Season Suite holders will have the opportunity to receive Full Event Strips for each seat in their suite. Suite location is determined by tenure. Half Event Strips will not be available.

Q: What are my payment options for the MLB® All-Star Week™ ticket strip offered to me?

A: Please note that 50% of your ASW Payment is due on Monday, February 26, 2024. The remaining balance is due on Monday, April 1, 2024. Account credit may not be used towards your All-Star Week invoice.

Q: Will I be able to use my account credit to pay for my All-Star Week tickets?

A: All-Star Week events are a joint production between the Rangers and Major League Baseball. Rangers account credits cannot be used toward All-Star Week event ticket purchases.

Q: May I purchase additional tickets to any or all the 2024 MLB All-Star Week events?

A: At this time, the opportunity to purchase additional MLB All-Star Week ticket strips or single event tickets is not available.

Q: What days are my Capital One MLB All-Star Village tickets valid?

A: Your Capital One MLB All-Star Village tickets will be valid for all-day admission on all four (4) Capital One MLB All-Star Village dates at Choctaw Stadium and E-Sports Stadium Arlington, July 13th -16th.

Q: When will I receive my MLB All-Star Week ticket strips?

A: Tickets purchased in your unique invoice for some or all of the three (3) MLB All-Star Week events at Globe Life Field and Capital One MLB All-Star Village tickets will be delivered to your My Rangers Ticket Account and through the MLB Ballpark App closer to the event date. You will receive an email once your tickets have been delivered. Your officially licensed MLB All-Star Game program(s) will be mailed to you separately prior to the events. Please contact your Account Representative if your mailing address on your account could be inaccurate.

Q: What are the dates and times of the events surrounding the MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard?

A: Information regarding the MLB All-Star Week activities, pre-event ceremonies and event times will be communicated via email as we get closer to the events and more details become available.

Q: If I purchased a 2024 Rangers Lone Star Membership and did not have a 2023 Rangers Season Ticket Membership, am I guaranteed All-Star Access?

A: Guaranteed All-Star Week event access are currently available for Full and Half Lone Star Members who purchased 2023 season tickets and maintained their membership through the 2024 season, and new 2024 Full & Half Season purchasers. The Rangers reserve the right to cut off new 2024 Full & Half access at any point leading up to All-Star Week.

Q: I’m a Full or Half Season Lone Star Member. Can you guarantee I will be sitting in my normal ticket location for All-Star Week events at Globe Life Field?

A: The All-Star Game and All-Star Week events are a joint production between the Rangers and Major League Baseball. Major League Baseball has specific ticket requirements, therefore we cannot guarantee every Texas Rangers Lone Star Member will have access to their normal seats for all ballpark events. Every effort will be made to keep Full and Half Lone Star Members as close to their normal seats as possible.

Q: I’m a 20-Game Lone Star Member. Where will my seats be for All-Star Week events?

A: The All-Star Game and All-Star Week events are a joint production between the Rangers and Major League Baseball. Major League Baseball has specific ticket requirements, therefore we cannot guarantee every Texas Rangers Lone Star Member will have access to their normal seats for all ballpark events. As a 20-Game Lone Star Member, you will have the opportunity to purchase All-Star week event tickets. However, the details of those sales are still being finalized. Q: I have a Long-Term Suite Package. Where will my suite be for All-Star Week events?

A: The All-Star Game and All-Star Week events are a joint production between the Rangers Major League Baseball. Major League Baseball has specific ticket requirements; therefore, we cannot guarantee every Texas Rangers Lone Star Member or Long-Term Suite Package buyer will have access to their normal seats/suites for all ballpark events. All-Star Week event seating will be based on tenure, current ticket location, and plan size/type.

Q: Will I be able to use my Season Ticket Member ID card at Globe Life Field during All-Star Week events?

A: All-Star Week events are a joint production between the Rangers and Major League Baseball. Your Rangers Season Ticket Member ID card will not be valid for discounts or access during All-Star Week at Globe Life Field.

Q: Can I purchase printed tickets for All-Star Week festivities?

A: All-Star Week tickets will be mobile through your MLB Ballpark app for entry. No physical tickets will be made available. There will be an opportunity to purchase a commemorative All-Star Week ticket through texasrangers.com and the MLB Ballpark App during the All-Star Week festivities.

Q: What parking do I receive in my All-Star Week parking strip?

A: For eligible Lone Star Members, each parking pass (digital ticket) included in your 2024 All-Star Week parking strip allocation will receive one parking pass (digital ticket) for each of the three ballpark events hosted at Globe Life Field. Q: What parking lot will my All-Star Week parking strip be eligible for?

A: No. Your parking strip only includes parking to the three ballpark events hosted at Globe Life Field. Parking information for Capital One MLB All-Star Village will be shared at a later date.

Q: What is the All-Star Week Ticket Reselling Policy?

A: Resale of Texas Rangers tickets is permitted through approved channels. The Rangers adhere to a ticket broker policy that can be found at texasrangers.com/handbook. By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is NOT permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District. This includes Globe Life Field, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas. SeatGeek is the Official Fan to Fan Ticket Marketplace of Major League Baseball and the Texas Rangers.

Tickets may be resold online through SeatGeek by accessing your My Rangers Tickets account and posting directly through your account. Suite tickets may not be resold.
