Complementary shuttle service for Guests with accessible needs is available to and from the parking lots to the gates. We request only the guest with the need and one other member of the party use the shuttle. The Accessible shuttle service is available when lots open (generally 30 minutes prior to gates opening) and continues for approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game. Service will be provided in the order that calls are received.
Globe Life Field provides all guests requesting Accessible Seating with exceptional sightlines and adequate space to enjoy a Rangers game or special event in comfort. All of Globe Life Field’s Accessible Seating locations are as follows: Sections 2, 4, 5, 8, 11, 16, 19, 21, 24, 25, 28, 31, 101, 105, 109, 111, 115, 117, 120, 124, 127, 128, 129, 132, 135, 137, 140, 142, Sky Box 2, 201, 207, 209, 211, 212, 213, 221, 222, 226, 228, 231, 232, 237, 241, 244.
Amplification devices for guests with hearing impairments are available at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind section 101. A valid ID must be left in exchange for the Assistive Listening Device.
Guests who have dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own food, but they must abide by our outside food policy.
Outside food is allowed inside Globe Life Field as long as it is inside a sealed clear quart sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in a sealed non flavored water (plastic bottle and up to 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Additional exceptions will be made for dietary concerns and infants.

Globe Life Field Guest Service Representatives have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should and emergency evacuation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video board and announced on the assistive listening devices and the public address system.
Family Restrooms are designated for families and guests with disabilities who require private accommodations or additional assistance. Family restrooms are located at Sections 3, 10,18,24, 102, 111, 123, 127, 130, 133, 201, 208, 214, 224, 231, 235, S201, PS201, CS235, PS208, HOF203.
You can find two First Aid rooms in Globe Life Field, located behind Section 101 on the Main Concourse across from Guest Services, and behind Sections 203/204 on the Upper Concourse.
Should you require any additional information or assistance, please visit our Guest Services Locations on the Main Concourse behind Section 101, Lower Concourse at Section 3, Suite Level by the Northeast Entry, and on the Upper Concourse Section 228. The Guest Services Representatives will assist you with all questions, concerns, lost and found items, guest suggestions, and lost children/partners.
If a Guests experiences challenges with other Guest(s) in the ballpark or needs assistance from ballpark operations personnel for any other issue (medical, security, etc.) they are encouraged to use their mobile phone to anonymously text the word SECURITY and their seat location to 76432. The request will be received by Globe Life Field security, and the appropriate personnel will be dispatched to the appropriate location to respond to the request, as needed. For convenience and privacy, there are several Mother’s Rooms throughout Globe Life Field.

Noise cancelling headphones can be found at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind section 101.
Tickets in Accessible Seating Areas can be purchased by calling our ticketing team at 972-RANGERS (972-726-4377) or visiting rangers.com/tickets On the website be sure to click in the box that says “Yes, show accessible seating.”
Sensory Room
Located just inside the Toyota Southwest Entrance, our Sensory Room provides a safe and quiet area where guests can decompress if they are starting to feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.
Guests at Globe Life Field can access the Sensory Room by asking for assistance from any Guest Services Representative who will direct them to the Sensory Room. A dedicated Guest Services Representative will be at the Sensory Room to greet the guests and remain outside the room for assistance.
Guests can use the Sensory Room for up to 15 minutes or longer if there is no other guest waiting to use the room.
Sensory Bags
We are proud to partner with KultureCity and offer sensory bags at our Guest Services location on the Main Concourse behind section 101. Sensory bags are cleaned between uses and include noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, and a feeling thermometer.
Service Animals are welcome at Globe Life Field. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, disabled guests may use either a dog or a miniature horse that individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest’s disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside the ballpark.
Globe Life Field welcomes guests with strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. However, their use must not limit guest movement or block aisles. Collapsible, umbrella strollers can be stored underneath your seat.
Complimentary wheelchair escort service is available to assist guests between the gates and their ticketed seats. When ready to depart guests should contact a nearby Guest Service Representative or Security Guard to assist.
