The Prospect Development Pipeline League is a joint MLB and USA Baseball initiative. An expansion of Prospect Development Pipeline program, the league will consist of 96 of the top high school prospects in the country competing at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, N.C., in the most premier development experience in the marketplace.
Conducted over 10 days in the summer of 2022, the program will include on-field game play, practice and training sessions in addition to former MLB players, USA Baseball alumni and national team coaches as on-field coaches, and will leverage modern technologies to inform individualized player curriculum.

- June 28, 2022: Player Arrival Day & Media Day
- July 6, 2022: PDP League Championship Game

USA BASEBALL NATIONAL TRAINING COMPLEX
The USA Baseball National Training Complex at Thomas Brooks Park in Cary, N.C, opened its doors in 2007 and is located within the 221-acre Thomas Brooks Park. The NTC includes four baseball fields — a stadium field and three training fields — all with dimensions of 330 feet down the lines and 400 feet in centerfield. All fields are maintained at Major League Baseball (MLB) standards.
Coleman Field (stadium) has a press box that includes two suites, an official scorer's room, a sound room and a press row. Spectator seating is for 1,754 people, including handicapped accessible seating, additional grass seating for approximately 250 people and all fields have access to restroom facilities and a concession building.
League Format
The PDP League will consist of four (4) teams of 24 players each (96 players total) participating in a development experience consisting of on-field game play, practice and training sessions, PDP athletic assessments, MLB Club engagements, Team USA amateur resource information, classroom style workshops and additional development curriculum.
