Made four starts for the Gophers on the mound, finishing with a team-low 1.95 ERA and team-high 46 strikeouts across 27.2 innings on the mound. Concluded the year tied for fifth in the nation in strikeouts (46) while leading the Big Ten in that category. Finished the season with a 14.96 K/9. Also played in 11 games including seven starts as a designated hitter. Hit .185 with one double, two runs scored, four RBI and a stolen base.
