Evan Jason Carter…he and wife Kaylen were married on 12/17/22…nicknamed “Full Count Carter” due to his propensity for working deep counts…father, Jason, starred in football as a starting defensive back at East Tennessee State University…the tattoo on Evan’s left arm stands for ‘God is greater than the highs and lows’…his hometown of Elizabethton, Tenn. celebrated the inaugural ‘Evan Carter Day’ on 11/18/23, with the festivities including a Christmas tree lighting ceremony as well as a ‘Parade of Champions’ through downtown in which Evan, Kaylen and their dog rode in the back of a pickup truck behind the Elizabethton High School marching band.
