The organization will receive $4 from each ticket purchased using their unique “Offer Code,” by the established deadline date. The $4 will appear as a “Group Phunraiser Rebate” fee for each ticket purchased at checkout. This is the purchaser’s contribution to their organization’s fundraiser, and the organization is guaranteed to receive these funds at the time of the ticket purchase.
Is there an opportunity for my organization to receive more than $4 back on each ticket purchased via The Phillies Online Group Phlex Phunraising Program?
The $4 per ticket sold rebate via the Phillies Online Group Phlex Phunraising Program is non-negotiable. However, depending on the game date and amount of ticket sold, there may be an opportunity to increase the rebate amount via participation in the Phillies Phunraising Program.

How does the organization/charity receive the rebate from the Phillies Online Group Phlex Phunraising Program?
The organization/charity will receive their rebate within 7-14 days after the deadline date for their organization members to purchase tickets. The rebate will be in the form of an ACH payment or check, as established by the group organizer.

Yes, there will be per ticket fees as well as an order charge. There is also a “Group Phunraiser Rebate” fee in the amount of $4 for each ticket purchased. However, this “fee” is the purchaser’s contribution to their organization’s fundraiser, and the organization is guaranteed to receive these funds at the time of the ticket purchase.
Is there a deadline date to purchase tickets as part of the Phillies Online Group Phlex Phunraising Program?
Yes, the group organizer will provide the deadline date for your group members to purchase tickets, so that it counts towards the organization/charity rebate. If the unique “Offer Code” is entered after the deadline date has passed, there will be an error message on the page that tickets are no longer available.
The game date/seating location that I wanted to purchase tickets for as part of the Phillies Online Group Phlex Phunraising Program are no longer available. What are my options?
Tickets for these games are subject to availability, so it is recommended to try and order as soon as possible. Once there is no more availability, the remaining option is to select a different eligible game date/seating location.

Where is the best place to park my car, RV or bus?
All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park will be cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Car parking is available around the sports complex area in Lots A-O and T-X at $25. Bus/large vehicle parking is designated in Lots M and N, with limited Bus Parking in Lot Q and the cost is $50 per vehicle.
