What is the minimum number of tickets required for a Group purchase?

The minimum to book a Group is 25 tickets. The Phillies also offer Suites, Hall of Fame Club Decks and Hospitality areas with various minimums, including a 16-ticket private suite option.

What are the benefits of bringing a Group to Citizens Bank Park?

Group leaders receive a discount on most games. All Groups are welcomed on the large PhanaVision screen during pre-game and on the side auxiliary message boards at the top of the 5th inning.

When does my Group scoreboard message appear?

All Groups are welcomed on the large PhanaVision screen during pre-game and on the side auxiliary message boards at the top of the 5th inning. For Suite, Hall of Fame Club Decks and Hospitality areas, your Group will receive two additional special welcomes in the top of the 2nd and 6th innings. The Phillies must have your message at least 72 hours before your game date. Otherwise, your message may not be displayed. Messages must be family-friendly in nature. The Phillies may elect not to display a message at its sole discretion.

Where is the best place to park my car, RV or bus?

All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park will be cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).

Car parking is available around the sports complex area in Lots A-O and T-X at $25. Bus/large vehicle parking is designated in Lots M and N, with limited Bus Parking in Lot Q and the cost is $50 per vehicle. Pre-paid car and bus parking (and preferred parking for Suites/Club Decks) is available for sale in advance by calling The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000. Parking Map

Are there locations where my Group can tailgate?

Tailgating will be permitted in the following parking lots: A-H, M, N & O. Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots will open five hours prior to the schedule start time. Non-tailgating lots will open three hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you are traveling by bus or RV and wish to tailgate, please park in Lots M or N as tailgating is not permitted in Lot Q.

What age do children require a ticket for admission into the park?

Any child 3 years of age and older is required to have a ticket to the game.

When is my final payment due and when will I receive my Group tickets?

For phone orders, payment in full is due 45 days before the game date. However, The Phillies Sales Office reserves the right to require full payment for the Group ticket order at any time for any game. Further, The Phillies Sales Office may cancel your Group ticket order if the final payment is not received by the due date. For online orders, a full non-refundable payment is due at the time the order is placed.

Tickets (and Hospitality area passes if applicable), will be issued by mobile delivery and accessible via the MLB Ballpark app. Visit the Phillies Mobile Ticketingpage for guidance. The tickets will be available in the app after final payment is made; however, the barcode may not appear until closer to the game date, at the Phillies’ discretion. To distribute tickets (and Hospitality are passes if applicable) to your guests, use the ticket forwarding feature within the app.

May I add tickets to my original Group order and what is the process for adding them?

Based on availability, additional tickets may be added to general Group orders. For Suite, Hall of Fame Club Decks and Hospitality areas, additional tickets may be added in advance of the game while staying within the pre-set limits for each facility. You can add tickets to your Group order by calling The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000 and referencing your account number. Please note: tickets are subject to dynamic pricing, therefore the price of additional tickets may be different than the original ticket purchase price.

Since I have a Group Suite/Club Deck/Hospitality Area, whom do I contact regarding catering?

All Suite, Hall of Fame Club Decks and Hospitality areas include a pre-selected menu and beverage service, which will automatically be provided on game day. Catering at Citizens Bank Park is provided by our partners at Aramark. You may add items to your menu in advance or discuss dietary needs by contacting Aramark catering manager Donna White at 267-570-2391 or white-donna@aramark.com; please be prepared to provide game date and facility booked.

How can my Group fundraise with The Phillies?

Most Groups of 25 or more receive a Group discount on tickets purchased for most games on the schedule. Non-profit organizations may receive the Group discount up front or in most instances may purchase tickets at full price and receive a rebate to their organization after the game date. Is the Phanatic able to come visit my Group?
