Concert Know Before You Go

The Philadelphia Phillies are excited to welcome you to Citizens Bank Park. Below is some important information to enhance your experience.

Traffic Advisory

Fans are encouraged to allow for extra time when traveling to the ballpark and public transportation is strongly encouraged. For a SEPTA schedule, please visit www.septa.org. Log on to www.511pa.com, www.511nj.org or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions.

Seating & Ticketing

  • The concert is rain or shine; no refunds.
  • All patrons must have a ticket to enter Citizens Bank Park regardless of age.
  • For patrons holding tickets to the field, please enter through the Left Field Gate entrance only. Left Field Gate will be the only entrance where tickets to the field will be accepted.
  • Day of show ticketing questions, please contact the Phillies at 215-463-1000, [email protected], or visit the Phillies West Box Office on Citizens Bank Way, which will open at 1 p.m. on the day of the show.
  • Be sure to download the MLB Ballpark app - App Store | Google Play - in advance to access your mobile ticket.
  • Use the email address from your ticket purchase to log in and view your tickets.
  • ACCESS YOUR TICKETS BEFORE COMING TO THE EVENT. For those with an Apple device, we advise you to proactively add your tickets to the Apple wallet before arriving.
  • Please forward tickets to others in your group to help expedite entry. Please note, screenshots of your digital tickets will NOT be accepted for entry into Citizens Bank Park.

  • Please have the barcodes ready on your phone BEFORE going through the metal detectors.

Gate Information

  • Bruce Springsteen Concert: All gates will open at 6 p.m. on the day of the show.
  • There is a no re-entry policy at Citizens Bank Park for all events.

Parking Information

  • Bruce Springsteen Concert: All tailgating parking lots will open at 2:30 p.m. on the day of the show.

Uber RideShare Lot

  • Lot T is designated for Uber RideShare for all Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center events. Fans should exit the Third Base Gate and walk along Pattison Avenue toward Broad Street to enter the lot and request a vehicle, which will meet each rider in the designated area. The lot includes an Uber-branded lounge with seating and a charging station.

  • Clear bags larger than 12"x6"x12" (excluding medical bags)
  • Non-clear bags larger than 5"x7"
  • Professional cameras
  • Audio/video recording devices
  • Food and beverage (except one sealed bottle of water)
  • Alcohol
  • Cans & glass bottles
  • Laptops/tablets
  • Umbrellas
  • Fireworks
  • Weapons
  • Drones of Unmanned Aircraft Systems
  • Brooms/poles/selfie sticks
  • Laser pointing devices, glow sticks and flash bulbs
  • Projectiles
  • Pollical signs or flags

Any such items should be returned to your vehicle or checked in a locker on Citizens Bank Way. All patrons are subject to metal detection screening before entering the ballpark.

No Smoking

As a reminder smoking is prohibited within Citizens Bank Park.

Inside Citizens Bank Park

Ballpark Access

  • Tailgating will be permitted in the following parking lots: A-H, M, N and O. Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots will open five hours prior to the schedule start time. Non-tailgating lots will open three hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Please leave all bags in your vehicle. (refer to bag policy above)
  • When approaching the gates please have your ticket barcode(s) ready on your phone. For more information on mobile ticketing, please visit our Mobile Ticketing page.

Concessions & Merchandise

  • All concession and merchandise purchases are cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Reverse ATMs, where fans can convert cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used throughout the ballpark and anywhere major credit/debit cards are accepted, are located in three places: inside the Phillies New Era Team Store, on the main concourse behind section 123, and inside the elevator lobby behind section 317.
